Kaabo, i have my gtr for 5 weeks now and i only drove it for 1 week before it malfunctioned 😖 the other 4 weeks im buzy getting a new battery so i van ride it again is a big dissapointment after i spend alot off money for a scooter tjat keeps given me errors 01/05/03 😮💨 when it rides ots great but im so frustrated that i cant ride my 4000+ doller scooter 😔 Many people who see it wanna see what it can do but it dont work so not so good for the brand i think. 3 errors and a battery should stop all that ??! 🤨 we'le see.... im stil waiting now to recive my new battery unfortunally 😮💨
After I disconnect and connect the XHB connector, the scooter shows error 04 for a split second in screen canter and goes away. When start, motors won't work. There's still the "ON"/"OFF" indication at motors info but no error code there in both motors. Any ideas?
I thing the following questions if answered, will help a bit more some people with error 30. Ok we got the error code E30. 01. Is the scooter working? NO. Correct? (none of the motors work) 02. It will turn on and everything is working in the menu, but there's no motor running, Correct? (I just can't enable dual mode. Everything else is working in the menu) 03. I change the screen and the error is still there. 04. So I disconnect the sub controller and now the error disappeared and the motor info states the "ON'/"OFF" condition since there's only the main controller connected. Shouldn't be working with only one motor? Is it normal that now that there's no error 30, the main motor is still not working? or this means that the main controller is problematic as well? Hello,based on the problem you've described, it seems to be an issue with the sub-controller. However, since the main controller is not controlled by the sub-controller, the motor should still operate normally without the sub-controller. Therefore, it is abnormal that your motor is not working. Please check the following: 1.Are the wiring connections normal? 2.Is the speed limit wire connected? 3.Is the display set to non-zero start? 4.What speed mode are you using when accelerating? If it's 1 gear, it may take about 2 seconds to start.
01. Yes all wiring is as it should because never changed or unplugged for any reason 02. No the speed limit wires are disconnected. 03. It’s NOT on kickstart 04. I know, tried all speeds. It’s not working

My adventure is already over within 2 weeks 😖 eighter battery or controler broken! In two weeks!!! I live in plat country and i weigh 155 pounds and did nothing crazy with it but just ride 🤨 Kaabo kaabo, were are you guys when i need you to fix this?! I've just got my Kaabo wolf king GTR two weeks now and i would Love to ride it again.... maybe bit longer than 5 charges this time would be great! TFT ERROR 05 = BATTERY GONE 💀 I'm still buzy who's gonna send me new battery, eighter kaabo or the store i bought it from.... 😮💨 im mean things can happen i get it, but i have it just for 2 weeks now?! So just send a new battery and i'll send mine one back to you guys...easy. I wanna enjoy it again, i was just about to get used to it a little bit... i mean it's FAST!!!! 😎👌 And smooth aswell.... Just installed the new display on my GTR. Couple of questions: Q1: Pedestrian mode doesn’t seem to be supported on this new display (double click mode key) correct? Q2: Can the advanced settings password be changed like the TFT or we can only use 1500? If it can be changed, how do you do it? Q3: I don’t see the option P10 on the advanced settings. It skips from P9 to P11. I’m using the existing 8-wires harness. How can I see advanced settings P10? Is this option skipped for GTR? Q4: I saw this “IcP” setting on my display where the I and c words are combined. What does this setting do? Q5: How can we set the system time? It is always showing 00:00 now. Any place we can set the system time? Thanks.
Hello, this display is divided into basic program and advanced program, GTR is suitable for advanced program with pedestrian mode, S mode, ESP mode, anti-theft mode, etc. When replacing the display, you need to replace the main cable (9-core cable).Based on your description, it sounds like your display might be the basic program version. 1.Double-click the mode button to enter pedestrian mode. If the mode doesn’t show up, it might be due to the wrong display version. 2.The default password is 1500. You can change it by going into [PSd]. 3.P10 should show correctly. If not, it’s probably an issue with the display or wiring. 4.Is 'lcp' possibly a typo? Where did you see it? 5.Yep, that’s the option to reset to factory settings. 6.The display doesn’t have a system time. The 00:00 you’re seeing is likely the ride time.

Once my 9-core cable arrives, I will swap it to see whether Pedestrian mode is there (in addition to Anti-Theft Protection Mode) 2. PSd menu only allow user to change Power-On password. In your video, you also did not show that PSd menu can change the Advanced Settings password 3. I will swap to 9-core cable and check again. As per #1, I'm pretty sure my display type is GTR model. 4. I think this menu is tP "Theft Protection" or Anti-Theft protection. I can set it to "1" but because I did not use the 9-core cable, the anti-theft feature did not kick in. But the GTR's scooter lights and LED lights flashes when I initially power on the scooter after enabling this setting.
What you mentioned in point 2 and point 4 is correct. The TP is set to 0 by default, but after setting it to 1, the unique anti-theft feature of the GTR will be activated.
Hi. I love Kaabo. Have had the warrior, the pro and the lite. My ‘23 mantis light has this behaviour after 3 days. Is there anything in the P-Settings I can do to check or change this? Keep up the great work. Thanks
Hi, if the voltage of a single battery cell drops below 3.1V, the battery will automatically enter sleep mode within 2 hours. This is to protect the battery from over-discharge. Just use the charger to reactivate it.
How many NFC cards can this display pair with? Also, I saw another video of using a phone with NFC function to work with the display. Can the display support either 2 x NFC cards or 1 NFC card + 1 Smart Phone with NFC to unlock?
Hello, each scooter comes with 2 NFC cards that are already paired. If you lose one, you can purchase a new NFC card and pair it yourself. A scooter can pair with up to 10 NFC cards. Phones with NFC functionality can also be paired with the scooter, but iOS devices are currently not supported. If you forget to bring your NFC card, you can unlock the scooter directly with your phone.❤
@@Kaaboofficial Thanks a lot for your reply. I had programmed up to 4 x NFC cards and they all worked fine. I owned an iOS phone, hence, no native support of 3rd party NFC card at the moment. I just stick the Kaabo NFC card inside my phone folio for now and it works too. The new display is fantastic. I swapped the display without swapping the 8-wires harness and what is expected to work works. Very happy with the purchase. Thanks again.
Thank you for your support. It looks like the display you purchased might be the basic version. You should switch to the advanced version with a 9-core harness to access all the original GTR features.
