I used the cellphone I had at the time, Samsung A5. The issue was when I turned the phone to one side or another, it changes the sound dramatically. But anyway, it was just a phone camera and mic, nothing special 😄

I prefer this audience noise-filled, cell phone recording version to the horribly mastered CD version. Yuck. Also, those early SE Angelus guitars are absolutely amazing. I'm on my second one now, and I will never sell it. Find a used one now for $500-$600 before their price tag hits the thousands when people realize how amazing they are.
Everything about this is fabulous! I love the crowd singing at AB shows...it's so enveloping and awesome!!! The RAH DVD version is the most beautiful version of this song ever...and I didn't think it could get any more beautiful!! Oh how I wish I was there!! Love Alter Bridge beyond words!!!! And I'm now a huge fan of the Parallax Orchestra and would even LOVE an album of them doing ALL Alter Bridge songs!!! <3
Well, some people do, some people don't. I actually knew it since they first played it live. Why is it upseting to you? There are a million things more important to know in life than that little curiosity. Maybe you should get upset with more important things
These 2 songs together can turn me into a bubbering mess. The Blackbird album came out as my relationship with an alcoholic was falling apart. To this day, Watch Over You reminds me of him and the hope that someday he will find the peace in life that he needs. And Wonderful Life for my little girl who sadly passed shortly after birth in 2015. I cherish every second I had with her when our lives were most wonderful.
Is it just me or do Wonderful Life and Watch Over You have a special personal meaning to Myles? He seems to be carried away differently than with other songs...if they do, man I can relate to that SO bad.
