I just got 324 in the mail! I'm starting it on 3/24 although I'm sorely tempted to start early, really 3/24 is the perfect day to start. My birthday is also 3/24! I didn't know we share birthdays, so cool 🍰🎉
Hi Erin, oh my gosh - that Ink Circles round robin is gorgeous! I like the colors you chose for this year's Modern Folk Embroidery piece. I originally had thought I wasn't going to do that one this year, but after seeing the colors you are using I might change my mind, lol. I'm doing the Long Dog "Home is Where Your Story Begins". And yes, it was meant to happen that you were supposed to start the 324 chart! Thanks for enabling me - I just ordered from Abby. Are you planning to come to Celebration of Needlework in NH this year?
So many beautiful finishes and wips here! I love the variety of patterns you stitch 😊 And, of course, I am thrilled to see your excitement over 324. Starting on March 24 for your birthday? Fantastic idea!
I love seeing all of your progress and finishes! I think 324 is my favorite chart from Market. I'm really struggling to stick to my plan to not add charts to my collection when it comes to that one! 🪡👠
Enjoyed it! You are inspiring me to get my Quaker Genetics out. I have a Leap Day start planned, but it will be Heartstring Samplery’s His Eye is on the Sparrow. I’ve had it (mostly) kitted for a couple of years and decided it would be the prefect BAP to start that day. Happy Stitching!
I ordered Spindrift and coffee stain from Cedar River Linen. Though spin drift would be good for Long Dog sampler. With the wait time I won't get for start on leap day but I'll be there in thought.
324! WOW - you absolutelyl have to do that SAL! I wasn't aware of her work or of Abby Top Knot Stitcher. Now I'm a few pennies poorer and in awe! Works by ABC lace work-holy mackeral! I'm doing a temperature cross-stitch this year and thinking of doing one for my grand-littles starting on their birthday - I figured out how to make 324 work and might have to do that one as well!
That cardinal points is stunning, but I'm so glad I got to see it in person, because the video isn't doing your work justice! Thanks for introducing me to that chart!
Uh, you are a female you do not need to tell us your pronouns because if we are going to talk to you we will be calling you by your name or saying ‘you or your’ because uh English. Don’t try to change the English language because and the way we speak because you want to have a promote an extremely small minority population of this country. You make yourself sound uneducated by saying that at the beginning of your video and you loose people, because this video is supposed to be about cross stitch not about people who are confused about who they are.
I was stitching on Lila’s studio Spring while watching your video. I too am hoping that Winter Quaker is coming out this year at market. I just discovered you were back to flosstube a couple of weeks ago and I’m so happy to see you again!
Cardinal points looks fantastic. And I like your colour combo for pointed fifth 😊 I'm starting the new normal with Silks4u, so looking forward to it. You're right that we're excited about your plans for next year too! Happy stitching
I miss you...but...a recommendation...if I may...don't be afraid to cut the fabric! Just lay the chart on top of it and then you'll know how much you need and you can then cut it :)
I don’t even cross stitch but I love your enthusiasm and projects so much that I subscribed. One hundred is a lot of projects to decide on. Have you thought about each of your daughters picking one that speaks to them? Then you only have to decide on 97! Lol
Cardinal Points looks amazing! The frame is perfect. And I'm in awe of your plans for next year- I think you're going to have a lot of fun. I love all your kitted projects! Happy stitching!
