Lol girl me too sometimes especially on my own. Having that accountability partner helps with consistency and with kids we definitely have to get out the house!

I've been a loose natural for 10 years and I'm so tired. I hate that I spend all this time doing ny hair, go outside, and bam...15 minutes later my kinks are like "Gotcha!!!" 😂 I have a loc consult this week. I'm almost 50 years old and i just don't have the time or energy for all this natural loose hate anymore. Locs, here I come! 😊

I had 2 planned c-sections because of being a pregnant type 1 diabetic. Both times had spinal and babies were each over 10 pounds. I was up the same day with both. First one was in the hospital 4 days, second one 2 days. If you ever have to do it again get the spinal was one time on the medicine and told them to just give me Motrin afterwards. Recovery was good too just had the restriction that I could only do the stairs once a day for a week.
Wow the same day is amazing! Yes I was kind of lost on the difference between the epidural and the spinal but just went with what she recommended. I'm glad you had a pretty easy recovery C sections can take some time for sure but feels good when you're back and ready to do all that you could do before. Makes me a lot more grateful to be able to walk, go upstairs, and be mobile honestly! Also over 10lbs!? 👏🏾
