This item does not work properly after updating at I bought it Brand new I set it up it worked for 30 mins then I tried to update then it never worked again don’t buy there’s no customer service and there no spare battery

thats not how hacking works, u cant just take any electronic devices and pull out ur laptop and watch some green bianary go by and "hack" it, the device would need access to the internet or some other form of wireless access, unless if its a computer (including phones and consoles) if its a closed circuit, aka, it doesnt have internet access, its not gonna be hacked, u should be more worried abt someone taking a sledgehammer and breaking down ur door

its not Keyless if there's a key hole, any lock picker ( me) can bypass the system, plus the buttons do get rubbed down in time and show your pass code, hope you have back ups....Dog, alarm, monitoring system
