I understood 98% only a couple of grammatical confused words may have been my fault, as it is my 2nd language. SOUNDS DAMN GOOD ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR PRONOUNCIATION
Can you tell me what steps you’ve taken? I’ve just tried and it works even on mobile phone. You may have selected an advert for iStock videos which are chargeable and take you to another site.
If you see an icon or the word premium on them then they may be downloadable but with a water mark. All others are free without watermarks. Also, look out for adverts from paid content sites such as iStock etc. Their clips will usually open a new tab or window taking you away from the free site. Hope this helps 👍🏾
You may have clicked on an advert on one of the sites. The adverts lead you to paid clip sites. Watch out for those. Sutterstock, iStock etc. The native clips for each site are all free.
When you upload a video to RU-vid there are checks that take place to identify copyright infringement among other things. Confirmation will take place before your video is live. Hope this helps
Usage rights are detailed on each website. The Creative Commons attribution means you are able to use the content for purposes that do not involve passing the work off as your own nor selling it on. You should be fine to use the clips from these site without infringing on copyright or ownership laws. Do check the detail and provide attribution where you can. Enjoy!
In the search area of pixabay there is a drop down option that allows you to change the search from images to video, music, gifs and sound effects. Hope this helps.
Hi, Pexels and Pixabay are similar in the way they work. People can sign up and add content they are happy for others to use without having to give attribution or payment for use. Each image will have Creative Commons license which means you are able to use it within the following ways: Here is an example from pixabay: What are you allowed to do with Content? Subject to the Prohibited Uses (see below), the Content License allows users to: Use Content for free Use Content without having to attribute the author (although giving credit is always appreciated by our community!) Modify or adapt Content into new works What are you not allowed to do with Content? We refer to these as Prohibited Uses which include: You cannot sell or distribute Content (either in digital or physical form) on a Standalone basis. Standalone means where no creative effort has been applied to the Content and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website. If Content contains any recognisable trademarks, logos or brands, you cannot use that Content for commercial purposes in relation to goods and services. In particular, you cannot print that Content on merchandise or other physical products for sale. You cannot use Content in any immoral or illegal way, especially Content which features recognisable people. You cannot use Content in a misleading or deceptive way. Please be aware that certain Content may be subject to additional intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, design rights), moral rights, proprietary rights, property rights, privacy rights or similar. It is your responsibility to check whether you require the consent of a third party or a license to use Content.
Hi Pexels does not require that you have licences to use the content from their site. Please see this page www.pexels.com/license/ You can download and use the content according to these guidelines. I hope this helps 👍🏾
There are a couple of ways. 1. You could insert the clip into a video editor such as Final Cut or premiere pro and use the editing options to slow down the clip. This will increase the length of the clip but be aware that it works best if there is no sound or dialogue. Slowing down too much will reduce visual quality depending on the frame rate of the clip. 2. Find an appropriate section to loop. Set start and end points on the clip and copy it on to the project enough times to your preferred length. Each method has its pros and cons and it’s effectiveness is dependent on editing skills. Hope this helps 👍🏾
On each site check the details before you download. Most are fine to download without infringement of copyright but some require attribution (mention in credits) if publishing. Most sites will require subscriptions to access content that have further restrictions.
Okay at first i thought this was sketchy and risk of copyright but it's stock vids, not what i was looking for but it gave me an idea and option so thanks!
If the video has a lightning icon at the bottom of the preview it means you have to pay for access to the video. This will remove the watermark. All others are free and have no watermarks.
Be sure you’re not clicking on the adverts that take you away to other websites that charge for content such as iStock etc. These options open a new tab or window and are not free. If you scroll below you’ll see the free videos.
