its sep24 and Samsung announced a price drop with Samsung galaxy A55, As previously used s20fe and I'm a Nothing Phone 2 user currently i can easily say that the video describes the situation very well. The Photo quality is inferior in nothing phone 2 and videos are horrible believe me its soo much jittery i wish i purchased Samsung again?
I want a al rounder phone but mainly mid gaming and camera and clean software, do u think I should still purchase it ? As u an experience user do u have any better choice for me?
Hi there brother. Having the same chipset and one year apart, would you think or agree that the A35's cameras are better than the older A54 in terms of colour accuracy, skin tones, selfies, low light, app loading, video stabilisation and dynamic range overall?
congrats on making the best to the point comparison i've seen. i was leaning towards vivo cause this square design that's vogue feels like a brick. only thing is I've seen samsung has wayyy better battery life than others in that price. but if you say they're close then I'm sure now, thx
Exynos 1480 vs SD 8s gen 3 in long term... weight management -177g in civi vs 213g in A55.. Dolby vision support in civi, no such thing in A55.. thermal management again a miss in A55... don't know what kind of comparison this is.. you should ve atleast picked S23(sd 8gen2 variant) for a fair comparison.. sd 8s gen 3 surely has twice the CPU prowess compared to exynos 1480..
Help me decide which one to choose: price tag is currently NP2 505€, SGA55 380€. Most important for me is battery life, but it seem to be very similar on both. I love the notification light on the back of NP, because I am missing it since all manufacturers removed it! IP67/68 is also nice, because I could take A55 on the beach without fear and the 2 years extra with patches and updates is a nice thing. The thing is the camera: I am hobby photographer and have a DSLR, but occasionally I take selfies of me and my wife with the phone, cause its faster, easier and.. the phone is always with me, camera - only on vacation. So how much better is NOW A55 against NP with the latest update 2.5.6? NP has 4k60p, but is it good enough to shoot videos in low light at home of the cat and for "a bit slower" motion? I never had a phone with inductive charging, is it all worth the extra price tag? Form factor is anothing thing that scares me on A55, I have a 6,4" phone and 6,7" with wide bezel will be quite the chuck. Gaming is the last thing I use my phone for, just casual 2D stuff.. Any opnions would be much appreciated!
Also is Gorilla Vectus+ glass more resitant than GG5? I don't consider S23FE, as it has inferior battery life, compared to these 2 phones.. before you ask. Same reason to ignore Pixel 7a, although it has the best camera from all 4 mentioned phones. Pixel lacks dual SIM, just nano SIM + eSIM and I need 2 dedicated slots!
I preferred Samsung most of the time while you were saying Xiaomi to be better and the shaky video looks more stable on Samsung and you said Xiaomi and Samsung are equal. Seriously, bro.
You should see videos about a55's battery.... its battery is really very good. It gives screen on time of more 9 hours... thats huge... and it doesn't heat cause it has a flagship cooling chamber inside it..... and if you a play heavy games then even iPhone 15 pro max would heat... so if doesn't play heavy games or usually games then a55 is absolutely for you.... just the only problem is those thick bezels.. but if you can consider that then a55 is the perfect midrange phone with brand value
My samsung m34 with Exynos 1280 hardly last for a day , 6000 mah battery giving battery backup of 4500 mah in real life. Heating a lot even in watching RU-vid. Main culprit is the Exynos processor.
@@am-I-shinchan yeah I know but exynos has come a long way.... New exynos is more Balanced and cooperative... its fast, smooth, secure and enough for daily use... I'm talking about exynos 1480 in a55.. if you don't believe check out reviews
And if you talk about camera I love the Samsung except its portrait cause it has a natural tone.. in selfie video you could clearly see how xiaomi made your skin so attractive even made your lips red... which is a social media ready photo but its not natural and also unrealistic... For that Samsung doesn't get any telescope or periscope its portrait wouldn't be that better.. its obvious but in camera quality Samsung is much better... you like to see yourself more attractive in camera that's why you might like xiaomi but in real Samsung got it...
@@Galaxya55user obviously... but the main camera... since a55 didn't get any periscope or telescope camera that's why portraits are much better on civi but in main camera a55 is best... and in video too... more stable video
@@Galaxya55user no... telephoto is needed for snap pics from far or take a closer shot of an object that's far from you... telephoto camera is also used for master portrait like 30 or 50 or 90 mm portraits.. and telephoto lens helps to make the edges more realistic and better.. so yeah telephoto lens are useful
Congrats.... you got a subscription For your great review ability and for this comparison... i was finding this comparison everywhere... so finally... you deserve more support young man
It's mostly about the loading time and latency. Considering these two are not designed primarily for gaming and don't offer high settings in the game, UFS 2.2 should be enough to fetch data on time.
Nothing OS seems better than Samsung. The reason you mentioned Samsung icons to be distinctive is one of the core reasons nothing choses its icons to be boring. So one may reduce phone usage.
You won't find any abnormal heating with the normal usage. Note: It can also heat up during continuous video recordings, specially in 4k. Most of the users don't use 4k, so shouldn't be a major concern.
