hi I am watching your videos very much, and while watching your videos I also wanted to make candles, I make candle holders and put jasmine scented wax on them, but unfortunately it goes out after a while, the candle holder I made Below is a photo, do you know the reason?
Hi just to let you know the wax melts that I purchased from you smelled really good sorry I didn’t get a chance to leave a review but I wanted to let you know that the wax melts smell really good and a candle testing log that I ordered from you been a big help with my candle testing thank you PS how did that be candle that you made come out I watched the video you said you were gonna make a huge candle which the vessel was really huge LOL 😂 did you ever get to make it ?
I hope you did at least rinse those out. you really shouldn’t use rubbing alcohol especially in jars that’s going to have a flame with making candles. You could’ve boiled hot water and then pour it into the glass and let them sit there for about 5 to 10 minutes and then clean them out with you know a paper towel. You could’ve also used dawn dish soap And let the hot water sit in them as well so that way they also are being sanitized and cleaned and after of course dry them with a paper towel. Using rubbing alcohol is really dangerous to do I wouldn’t even do that I’m just saying from another candlemaker standpoint and what I think and that’s just my opinion. Other than that you’re candles are beautiful.
It is perfectly fine many candle makers do this you are not using a great amount of rubbing alcohol to cause a hazard check out @memoryboxcandleco youtube she one other candle maker that does this if you feel safe not doing this don't do it.
nunca, los colores que se usan en pasteleria podes usarlos por ejemplo para hacer sahumerios, pero para las velas son ceras grasas especificas. es mas util que si tenes que economizar uses crayones, pero lo ideal es que compres el pigmento especifico.
When you poured the wax, you said you do it at 160 - 165 degrees but your video showed the temp as 156 degrees.. Which is it? Also, when you poured the Fragrance oil into the little cup, what was already in the cup before pouring it? It appeared as tho there was already something else in it before pouring
I use the recommended use like some fragrance oils are 3%-10% or others are 10%-12% it all depends on the fragrance recommendations. This is something you have to play around with and it also involves math to figure out the amount of oil to use.
Thankyou ❤️ and yes make sure before you do anything test test test . Test different waxes, containers, wicks, dyes. And make sure you plan a business theme you don't want to just jump right in its best to have a plan
@@scentzglamcandle and also where do you prefer to get the long lasting scents from not trying to get in your business but is there like a store for these type of things? And GM By the way ❣️
I enjoy watching your videos you are very thorough in your videos and very professional but it would be nice if you can jot down the materials that you get like the jars I know you said they were from Amazon but as a viewer I don't know the diameter of the jar or the ounces by the way the jars are beautiful you know maybe letting us know what type of WIC do you use in size of WIC it's just a suggestion and it would be easier for your viewers to find the products on Amazon once they click on the link what kind of wax are you using and what is the diameter in ounces of your vessels and what are the size wick. I've been looking at some of your videos and they are educational thank you for making these videos for those that are new to candle making. Congratulations on your baby birth
I will make sure I start doing that thankyou 😊 If your looking at these jars though they are from Amazon you can search pink jar vessels and you should see them. Or here's the link a.co/d/1vWnUII They are 6 oz vessels. As for wick sizes that's something you should explore most people don't use the same exact wicks and there are different sizes you can use it's all about testing wicks and choosing which you like best there are companies that have size samples. I will try to make a video on this for a little more detailed information
The sprinkles you used are eatable 🤔😕,or you used a type used only for candles if yes tell me where i can find them, besides your work is amazing,i absolutely love 😘 the candle , keep going ❤️👏👏
Hi 👋 I am a first time viewer and I’m going through your videos if you don’t mind me asking do you think you can put down where you buy your products in the link below like where you got the jars the Mod podge The type of wax you’re using where you get your and just the items that you use like the wicks it would be greatly appreciate it your candles came out beautiful I am a new subscriber of yours
It actually doesn't get really and wax left over on it if u like shake it in the pitcher.. plus you can also wipe it down with a paper towel once you're done mixing 😊
Hi. Thanks for the video. Love the look of your candles! I have been making candles a year now, learning as I go. I haven’t made a video of candles yet, I will. but you can check out the ones I have uploaded 😊
