Thanks for your videos. I bought a similar machine (QHM) and there's still some set up that wasn't perfect. I'll use this information to center my needle.
My Pantagraph moves side to side but doesnt want to go in and out all the way. Seems like something is blocking it from going all the way back in. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I am embroidering theon my Brother Luminaire 2, dragon on the selection in my machine. I went to the butter fly, then scrolled down to the dragon. I am using the largest hoop that came with my machine. After stitching it out the design for over an hour, I get an error message "Embroidary frame cannot be used". When I firsst started it showed the larges hoop. Is there anyway to get around this???????????
at 2:00 my pantograph moves but hits the side and I get a servo error. I was thining that the machine would hit an end switch before that but it doesn't seem to be the case.
It’s nothing to do with the machine at all and 100% the fault of the fabric. The easiest thing to do is break up the center seam and soften the fabric in that area. You can literally hear the fabric snapping. No need to alter machines or do heat hacks. Fabric 101
Lower the speeds to 450 spm even. Break up the mid seam by hand, work it back and forth and the fabric will be soft enough. Much better than pressing and using heat.
Thank you for such a very good explanation video. even you are not in Thailand, but your knowledge are shared to us here. hope your commercial are getting more sale !!
hi sir, as you told at 3:10 my machine blade are working perfectly during manual operations but not cutting when machine is performing. so, would you please tell me what are the parameters need to be adjusted in dahao A15 plus panel sir?
This is the BEST TENSION VIDEO I HAVE EVER WATCH!!!!!! Yes, I did exactly as you explained for bot the bobbin and the upper cones, Checked the Bobbin tension and it dropped just 1 1/4 inch, and then flattened all my cones thread tension knobs, did my first run, and found some threads too loos, and some too tight, so I tightened or loose accordingly, just one half turn accordingly. Now my machine is stitching PERFECTLY!!!!! And I did that also for my single needle machines from Brother, Janome, Viking, but specially the Bernina machines that all of them have a bobbin case and a bobbin coz they are not top load. Infinite thanks for your very detailed and excellently explained video!!!! Jorge
