And you shouldn't even have to use a hydraulic thumb sloping I can understand grabbing brush or lumber but just dirt no that's why you don't have a even grade
Actual question how do I get into this industry? I drive truck now and I've always wanted to do farming but I don't know anybody near me that owns a farm nor does farming whatsoever and I don't know where to start looking
You will be a great fit farmers really need truckers to haul their stuff but actually you can check facebook or go to ag events or just search nearby farms in your area
Potassium + Sodium + complete Protein + simple / complex sugars. Don't forget to have enough Fiber + Minerals + Vitamins + Rest / Recovery. Salad greens = High Fiber + Minerals (but, your body only absorbs the Minerals when it has sufficient Vitamin D - which we get from the Sunshine hitting our skin.) Have a daily Salad, with Salt + a Kiwi or banana (kiwi has more Potassium) (blueberries + cranberries are really good antioxidants, for immune system and gut health) (raspberries and blackberries help with hemoglobin - which helps the reb blood cells grip onto Oxygen and carry it throughout your body) And, have Daily Cardio - Shirtless, in the Sunshine, to absorb those Minerals. Remember: that Fiber is a good PRE-Biotic. Which means your gut Loves to rip and tear up the Plant Fibers you give it. Have some PRO-Biotics After you eat the salad. (Things like Yogurt, and other stuff like that.) So - Daily: Salad, sunshine cardio, and have a bit of yogurt. Pre-workout: sodium + Potassium + hydration + natural sugars. Post-workout: Protein + (basically all the above, with a sufficient amount of Rest).
