3:23 I was going to therapy sessions for a work comp injury and the employer told me to clock out when I was gone . When I refused they went into system and adjusted my hours for those days. Also (same employer ) was demanding me to not schedule dr appointments for me and my two children during work hours and have them after work (single full time father) that was impossible due to MY Dr being in eastern time zone so they would be closed before I would be off work. And my PEDS Dr only scheduled late appointments at 330pm I clock out at 315 travel time is approximately 20 and children didn't get off bus till 4pm anyhow.. nonetheless I've left that employer. Now comes to today when I accepted a job w an employer and the recruiter asks to take a test on certain day and time. Notified them that time won't work unless we can make it earlier in day due no plan for children after school and wasn't expecting to report for another week. Their response was " LETS TALK A LITTLE, are your children going to be an inconvenience during work hours? If so , I think this job is not for you."
I didn’t like this lawyer. He is arrogant. He made a mess. He treat badly his assistant. Looking at the sky and talking . Be nice with your assistant if you want claimants choose you as their attorney.

They say it should be based upon the cost of living expenses that seniors face, which is about 2% higher. What’s your legal opinion of the likelihood of a federal judge to change the standard from an administrative job to the typical costs of living of seniors? Would it take a class action suit or documentation of seniors living below the poverty rate, food insecurity, inability to pay utilities and rent?

2018 knee and ankle injury had arthroscopic knee surgery walk with a limp due to knee and ankle ptp said you most likely need a total knee replacement but workers comp don't want to do it twice so they might do it at 55 now have back problems from limp for 3 years caused back neck knees hip pain had facet and epidural in lower back bi lateral spinal stenosis in legs radiculopathy in hands from neck workers comp denied all new injuries Dr said back doesn't have enough impingement to perform surgery Dr. said they should fix knee first .I put in request for knee replacement after ptp gave me 3 injections he said doubt they work then 12 session of physical therapy then we request total knee replacement all that to get denied knee Dr said premature at the time.After facet injections in lower back testicles started hurting had injections in testicles no help.Had nerve conduction study done sever radiculopathy.Its a nightmare now on depression pills high blood pressure diabetes pill chlorestal pills smfh😢

Guy at my union factory had a seizure.. passed out seizing while he was operating a fork lift.. .. his foot was on the gas.. ran me over smashed all of my metal racks around me basically caved everything in around me … I’m damn lucky to survive.. missed a bout 1.5 months of work.. come to find out the man that ran over me had just been released that SAME day for seizures!!! He shouldn’t have been operating a fork lift I wouldn’t have thought?? I’m in Ohio. I was hauled out by squad so no photos.. but plenty of witnesses and the plant was shut down for over 2 hours …

On my workers comp doctor's report he wrote 3% and the MMI doctor said it was a 3% impairment, but my workers comp adjuster told me the doctor had given me a 7% rating and I was going to get compensated for that. I'm confused, I guess they talk things over and come up with a different decision, thing is in my doctor's report IT IS WRITTEN 3%. My final admissions letter is on it's way, let's see what rating they gave me there. Is this good or bad? I live in Colorado.
If I have two work notes from different doctors (ankle surgery and shoulder treatment) and both doctors give me different work notes, one doctor keeps me off work and the other doctor sends me to work with restrictions, which one i have to take to go the work ?
Yo solo quiero saber que gana un abogado de workers comp si no hay porcentajes de discapacidad, es decir , si apesar de tener uno o más cirugias, te dan un porcentaje minimo o 0 % de discapacidad asumiendo que la cirugia fue un exito !!
