I have been free of it for over 7 years by following what I said in both videos. However, each person's situation is different, and I am not a doctor; I am only sharing my story. I do hope you find relief because I know what that pain feels like.
Two meals a day 12 PM and 6PM, 18 hour or more fast, no snacking. Cruciferous veggies leafy greens, fatty meats and fish and seafood. No cereals, grains, starches, sugars, synthetic sugars, no dextrose, sucralose, polydexitrin, maltodextrose, sorbitol, etc. No omega 6 seed oils, no soy oils, canola oil, if you do, balance it with Omega 3 oils like MCT, Virgin Olive Oil from Italy, avocado oil, etc. Use grass fed butter, meats, hard unpasteurized cheeses, eggs, uncured bacon and other breakfast meats. I remember at times I even found myself strapping my left testicle with a dark tape,sometimes rubber band it wud help ease up the pain a little bit...if I had to travel long time with a car I wud cry as epididymitis was more painful when I was seated. Imagine travel full 3 hours with a burning testicle..I guess it comes and goes as I saw on the comments someone said so .that's my case..it jct vanished after 15 years..I so wish it never comes back..
I have had pain in my epididimis for about 5 years now it has gotten more painful as the years have passed. It normally flares up before or during sex and after ejacuolafion. When I go to the doctor they tell me I'm fine because there's no swelling or pain at the time. I need help bad
Did you have pain ejaculating prior to the diet clean up at all? I’ve had ultrasounds been on medications everything and nothings worked they keep telling me it’s just a “bacterial infection” and should go away with antibiotics

I’m starting to jack off a lot less, hot baths, ice pack in a cloth on my right testicle for 10 minutes and walking a lot more daily! Trying to manage this way but I’ll definitely look into garlic thanks!
Went to a urologist who prescribed strong antibiotics, which I didn't want to take. Then went to another who said that it was inflammation, and recommended stretches. Ultimately nothing helped until garlic. You're a legend! It was amazing how much it helped. Will tamp down on carbs and hopefully that'll control it.👍👍
I eat leafy green vegetables, low gi fruits , nuts, and some protein , drink only water, and drink APPLE CIDER VINEGAR twice daily. Do not eat junk food. Your body will adjust to the diet after a week or two.

@@richardtaylor9871 Okay i see thank you for your reply. The thing is i am on a very low carbs and sugar diet for the past 2 months so i dont think its Candida. The Dr diagnosed me with Epididymitis after examination (by hands). Ultrasound didn't show anything at all. So i was a little bit skeptical but i am taking anti-inflammatory drug for the moment as he told me and i am feeling a little bit better
I follow a low-glycemic diet. Breakfast: Chia Pudding and strawberries, Base Culture Keto Bread. Lunch: A large salad with some protein added. Dinner: Lots of low glycemic vegetables and some protein with a healthy fat like avocado. I try not to snack; if I do, I will eat olives and nuts. My goal is to keep my blood sugar at a stable level all-day.
I had Epididymitis at 19 and had two rounds of antibiotics. Even after that I still had pain. Cleaning up the diet and adding tumeric and ginger to my diet really helped me. I do have flare ups whenever the diets bad
I am not a doctor, so I cannot give you a medical answer if it causes infertility. But I can say that we had two healthy children during the years I had it.
Thanks for sharing. On round two of antibiotics, two ultrasounds, two ED visits. About 20 years ago candida overgrowth way identified for me (I think the Born Clinic was the group that help me back then), the way my diet is trending it is probably back. Seriously, some good leads. Thankful.
I'm going to try this hygiene and cleaning, I think that is the true answer. Thank you for your experience and being open about it. It's been messing with me because I can make it go away almost altogether through ejaculation, but will come back if I stop. This has been making me more and more lustful. Fortunately I've had it for several years and hasn't ever gotten out of control. Will update if I can finally beat this mfer. Was scared to go to the doctor for a long time, randomly found it in the shower in early teen years.
This is definitely the way to fix any cysts and any other toxins throughout the body. The only slight dilemma is that the fluid will go away almost instantly through many different practices such as fasting, healthy diet, good hygiene, etc. To disintegrate the sac itself it takes around 3-6 months of these continued practices. The cysts sac is strong and can't go away immediately because any tissue under the sac can become infected if the body got rid of it too fast. Returning to unhealthy manners can make them come back in the exact same spots, but at least these proactive measures can get you through life. By the time I'm 80, I probably won't even care anymore. But always best to be healthy. I feel like my kidneys have cleared out as well and I feel lighter.
