Never did Systema before, been training in boxing and jiu jitsu for almost 7 years. I've been to this guys seminars, it's legit. The punches are something else. I thought it was make believe before I went

Thank you, I love the idea of having no fixed fighting stance, but it never sustained higher stress tests...for me. Iam aware that certain thinks are to dangerous to test, but if we never ad real resistance to our training, at least once in a while we might end up in a bubble. (speaking from experience)
