I think is getting a rerun like Modernia. The current banners end at the next update. The Rouge banner says it will run simultaneous even though another banner wasn't announced.
I thought I'd skip all these three Genesis girls, but ended up pulling all three of them. - 10 first I received 2 Mari - 60 next I got one of the other two, as well as 2 pilgrim buffs

They do this once a year, where the community votes on their favorite nikke and then who ever wins. The community get to vote on 1 of 3 costumes that they give for free at gacha level. Modernia got one last year and then this dress is red hood’s this year
Building off what you said about Red hood's burst, I think it'd be cool to have some kind of consumable to use that if used on a character, could change them to the Burst number of your choice. Obviously this has the potential to completely break team building, so they'd have to significantly alter a character's stats when switching burst position.

I hope they don't do her dirty like they did with Clay. Rouge and Papillon are probably the only two nikke's who could make me pull before the anniversary, and I would eagerly add her to my roster, however if they "F" it up and she doesn't complement the bunny girls I will be quite distressed.
