Learn the law. A person can say what they want. Even if you feel disrespected, you have no lawful right to bring any type of harm or extreme aggression to a person that said some things that you don't like. If a gun was drawn, he should have pulled out his camera and called the police, or pull out his own gun , but only if you fear for your life, or the life of other lawful people.
