It’s interesting you mention Minecraft because the brother of the creator made realistic paintings with pixel art inclusions. After seeing this, the creator added them into Minecraft but made them completely pixilated so you’d never know!! (Lemme know if I made any mistakes!)
Rally squad girls used pom poms this large at rallies and games back in the 1960's in Jr High School. They were color coordinated along with their rally outfits with the school colors. The pom poms added a lot of flare and it was fun to watch the performances.
