Pretty sure you're not supposed to bleach lululemon because it's bad for synthetic fibers, buuuut I think you CAN use rit dye on them, and tie-dyeing them will either be cute or a hilarious disaster where Sir Benton winds up magenta or something. What can I say? I live for the chaos!

Omg my life exactly. I have a husband and 4 children and two bonus babies that are always at my house. I’m a stay at home wife and homeschool mom. I have a schedule for my fitness and diet and never seem to stay on it. I start a challenge and then my husband joins to support me and it becomes all about him. Which is not at all his fault. He’s just supporting me. I start to over think and put everyone else first. Because I want him to be successful! Well, I started 75 hard yesterday, in hopes to break this cycle and be more discipline. Which me luck.

Chiro for LIFE!!!! FYI - per my Massage Therapist, if you get a aligned and a deep tissue/thermal massage take it easy for 48 hours. Like Yoga or Walking. An adjustment or massage is a type of recovery. If you go ham sandwich- you will develop headaches 🙃 happened to me because I don’t like to listen 😂
Took me 28 years to learn these lessons. I'm 29 now and my physique and strength have been getting closer and closer to what I want them to be. Your parents are awesome for giving you these lessons. Keep up the good work.
Hi Coach Savannah ma'am! Is this also for men? Is it very difficult for guys? I am man and did this with my younger sister. I used 1 lb dumbbells for bicep curls and shoulder press and all upper body but could not even finish 1 set when my arms really died :( She did 3 sets of curls and upper body with 15 lb dumbbells! Her biceps bulge thickly like yours and her back is massive like yours!! I feel quite low and defeated.
