Auto is the lazy shit way to race. Period. Manual trannys will always put raw power to the pavement. Learning to control that is peak because it will win. Direct vs. controlled.

Cornfed would gap 💀 but this accords fast asf still not taking anything away. And plus cornfed is still just a full Vhr which dont really gain much off cams. Miamizpower said he gained a lot more off the cams with the Hr heads and hes doing 7 second 60-130’s na lol

This is pretty quick, if the accord came out of of dealer this fast then these accords would sell like hotcakes. The downside of a stock v6 is froar, always gotta do a 40 or 45 roll when racing
Got a 09 accord coupe 6-6 that I gotta change the motor in want to do the 3.7 swap but unsure is it worth it to you and how much work was needed to do the swap
I would also love to know as well bro. I bought a used 08 coupe for 2500 and it just started rod knocking so now i have to do something. Of course the engine is out of the 4th Gen TL but what else has to be changed
I'm pretty sure the J37a4 is a straight drop in, you just gotta use the 8th Gen ps and ac brackets, harness, trans, exhaust, mounts, everything else swaps right over.

These cars are able to reach the full speedometer STOCK, given that you remove the Honda factory limit of 130. That really says something. 9th gen v6 accords are truly something special
Yes it’s an 09-14 TL engine. They run really well in a FBO TL but when you put it in an 8G Accord with weight reduction that weighs almost half a ton less than a TL you get a highway animal Like this here.
Last time I did it couple months back it was 11.5s but I wasn’t banging gears in that runs and my gearing isn’t setup for 60-130 since I need to shift into 5th gear
Prolly High 9s with tl 3.2 final drive and high 10s with 3.55 accord final drive which I’m currently running right now. Difference is, I don’t have to shift to 5th to hit 130 with 3.2 tl final drive. 3.55 I gotta shift into 5th at 120mph.
@@SlowJ32 my Z is dead even with a stock 10 speed mustang up to 123 and it’s only bolt on tuned , u know how rare is to find a cammed 370z almost impossible also it will be at 380 whp if it was true this accord walked it pretty easily in fact it walked faster then when I raced a 5th gen camaro SS at 480whp he pulled on me from a 40 roll only at 90mph so this video is 🐠
