@7:40 that's not true at all. LeBron has zero impact on winning anymore, which is why he's constantly asking for help or complaining about the help he currently has. No other star has ever been more dependent on his supporting cast for wins and success than LeBron. It's supposed to be the other way around, and the supporting cast is supposed to depend on the star and he's supposed to help them get wins.
Coach Vole got them to a championship and they fired him. Coach Ham gets them to the Western conf finals and they fired him. Building a championship franchise requires a championship raster, a championship coach and championship front office. The last of which the Lakers franchise obviously lacks

I agree with the title of the video. However with this bad Lakers’ roster there are few coaches that could squeeze out 50 plus wins. But the players didn’t respect his leadership and that is a reason to fire a coach. Not saying it’s his fault, they just weren’t good enough.
Chris: LeBron doesn't impact the game more the AD right now...AD has been the Lakers best player for a few years now...and that's just on the offensive end. LeBron has been a defensive liability for years now as well, and it's all effort. He simply doesn't try on that end

You guys are utterly clueless, Ham is a trash nba coach. His rotations are baffling, he doesn’t call timeouts or challenges when he needs to. He doesn’t run plays or make adjustments, and he NEVER takes accountability for ANYTHING. It’s always blaming the players for everything. You 2 are way off on this one
