Man I had a 91 Honda Civic sedan I gave to a buddy when I leased a vehicle so he could get to work we both dogged that thang and it ran like a champ loved it hoping to find one cheap again and give my car to my fiancée got mine for 400 did a little work it was so mint

Same bro! I got very lucky! I constantly watched it tho when it would rain I would soak up water as much as possible. My most recent video shows how nice it cleaned up back there. I do have some metal work ahead to do tho but nothing I can’t learn and handle. Thanks for watching!
@Honda_Drew me and the homie hit it was a nice 2k clear coat. When I got that hatch it was a completely stripped hatch. Wild seeing it on RU-vid haha stoked to see what you do to it.
@@ProbablyShouldntDailyThis bruuuh that’s actually really freaking crazy I would have never thought that it had a recoat. I’m stripping the whole car now and I’m doing a full color change and rebuilding it completely. I finally have the hobby shop space to do exactly what I want too with it. Right now I’m just covering my bases with making sure there isn’t any major rust issues and so far thank god I haven’t seen anything. Just a huge hole on passager side floor board and a smaller gash on driver side floor board looks like the car was low a shit at one point and it hit something. Those holes will be cut out and I’m going to weld in new metal. The car willl either be captiva blue or midori green. So stay tuned man expect a good solid year of content with videos every week!
@@ProbablyShouldntDailyThis oh yea and a b20V… oversized bore b20 high comp with a fully built GSR head on 🌽. She’s gonna rip. Only front interior will go back in the seats and rear panels will not for weight reduction.

@adamdalglish8545 Definitely! Totally agree that I’ve seen way worse and ppl have restored way worse like you have. It’s gonna force me to learn how to weld. I just need to research some how thick the sheet metal needs to be, how I should cut and shape it, and then of course best way to weld it in. Other than that I’ve been lucky with this chassis being a 91. Thanks for watching!

hey man how does it hold up after time i want to do it to my blue ef hatch i was seeing other videos from garage restoration using rustoleum bed truck liner for the dash i might try that but does your method chip over time???
Hey homie!! Sorry for my late ass reply! To answer your question nah my door panels have been painted now for over a year with this paint and it’s solid!! It legit looks OEM in the sense of you can’t even tell us was spray painted. This stuff is made for interior pieces! Bed liner would seem like way too tough of a paint for interior but if that’s what you like it’s your choice of course! Hope that helps, sorry again late ass reply.
