QUIT USING AGAVE!! It's worse than sugar & lie of what it does "naturally" in your body. Look at this for truth: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kcnGmKi3xms.html
Leaving the lime juice overnighted defeats the purpose of squeezing fresh juice. Might as well start with pre squeezed juice and save yourself the trouble.
In this economy, i am cooking daily and bring to work and money saved used to buy investments. I am going to do this for 2 years. Fried rice is a good one.
I went to high school with Marcos, he's always been a class act. One note: Pilsen isn't a suburb outside Chicago, it's a neighborhood of Chicago not that far from the city center. And it's awesome.
Made these last Saturday, as a Professional Mixologist I'm always looking for variations of some of the classic drinks. This is perhaps the best example of a excellent upgrade to the very well know drink around the world the Margarita. I have had dozen's and dozen of Margaritas during my travels around the culinary world and I have to say this is by far the best Margarita I've had. The lemon is perfect. I prefer a full bodied Margarita where I can taste the Tequila and the Cointreau but a few of my friends prefer a little lighter version so I walked back the Tequila and Cointreau by 1/4 a cup. But most of of us like it just the way Chef Jon makes it. A clear winner which will be my go to Margarita mix now. You will want to use Cointreau with recipe it does make a difference.
Blessings to you, Jon! We just saw you live on Crystal Cruises (Cristmas 2023/NY2024), and you have fan friends for life. We love your cooking (ohhhh, that MOJO Sauce! 🙌🏻), your humor, and your positive message. If you're ever driving down IH20 through West Texas, please stop in, and we'll try not to ruin your palate with our cooking....or maybe just take you out! 😂😂😂 This recipe looks lovely!
I've made decent burger recipes in the past but this was great super fast and tasted just like high end burger chains. I'd just add roll the patties in some flour and push some onion rings into them also. I cooked for 3min a side at medium high for a good well done crisp.
