I was at the Ohio State Fair in 1956 when Roy and Dale were there with their kids.. I was standing outside of his dressing room when I heard Roy holler at his kids and telling them to behave or he would come over with a belt. Man, was I surprized.
Terry wanted to chime in and said that the funniest thing he ever saw was when he was at Nickelodeon Studios to interview Marc Summers on the set of Double Dare. Marc, the host of this kids show, was screaming at the kids because they were acting up! LOL.

He was in the hospital for two weeks mid to end of April with pneumonia. He's home now and feeling better but the illness zapped his physical strength, so we are back to being bed ridden and starting over with physical therapy.
I always loved these really old interviews b/c I try to see how different their perspective on life is compared to today. Nothing has changed. Black market drugs. Realizing that a woman 30 his junior wasn’t happy. All relevant in 2024.

The TCB ring that Lowell Hays sells looks nice, it is a lot better than what other businesses are passing off. My question concerns the claim, since it comes with the "certificate of authenticity" card from Lowell claiming that his replica is the original size and from original molds; when his replica is smaller and different when compared to the original TCB ring made for Elvis. A video from Graceland archives demonstrates this best. The lady pulls Elvis' original TCB ring out of storage and holds it up to the camera. Notice how respectful the news interviewer is to Lugosi, and how he wishes him "the best". He doesn't ask any provocative questions, or try to get a "rise" out of Lugosi. So much different than the trash media we have today.
