This is a great run, whats even crazier is the fact you did the rooftops section with the regulus. Oxidizing the door is MUCH FASTER (although inconcistent.) When it works, that entire section is done in like 20 seconds. That means this run can easily be 8:30 or so. The fact you got WR still is awesome.
@toasteyxgod While I agree it isn't consistent, I can still get it 20% of the time, so it's doable. The previous WR to this by AEhire, he Oxidized the entire spawn for the rooftops. Using a brazos frenzy build, you can get an absolutely absurd fire rate for the oxidizer. It's definitely inconsistent though I agree.
@@crx122 yes and no. if it would be that viable the world record would already be way lower no? realistically, it could maybe safe 30sec of my time(if not even less, since you need setup for it). doing that on a already inconsistent run due to rng is just not really realistic, i highly doubt the 20% tbh (but gl on your runs). any build with brazos will in no way have enough damage to consistently kill everything before escaping
You been doing any runs of tidal lately, or are you on another hiatus? Been waiting for the sub 25 minute to drop! They are about to nerf elmos and striker, which sucks, so hopefully you have a chance to get it before then.
no i havent, i tried for a few days but i stopped there. i dont think the elmo/striker changes will affect me at all tbh, and elmo isnt really a nerf since its base dmg gets buffed
Umm idk of this is any help but i might have found another way to damage the health of the minigunner aside from the feet (similar damage to sniper backside and neck of grenadier)
Great video! That's pretty much what I'd have said as well. I'd have added a few things (copy-pasted from my own guide) though: - the Survivalist crossbow completely breaks their armor plating (unless you aim for the legs) - explosive damage bypasses their armor plating and deals damage directly to their health, therefore Ravenous can be effective against them (and Merciless, to a lesser extent) - disruptive skills (Jammer Pulse, EMP Sticky Bomb and EMP grenade) also bypass their armor plating - Hostile Negotiations from the Negotiator's Dilemma gear set bypasses their armor plating - Pestilence ticks bypass their armor plating - using a Demolisher Firefly while they're disrupted bypasses their armor plating and can destroy them in one shot on offensive skill builds - the flamethrower's stream bypasses their armor plating, it's not really effective on higher difficulties though as it requires burning a lot of fuel to kill a single one I didn't know about double tapping not alerting them, thanks!

Nice Video! But i have another question. The chungas from legendary missions with The stinger backpack, is the EMP Sticky really blocking the bleed or is the EMP only to make The big Boy distract for few seconds?
Hey, thanks! The chungas get staggered by it, which means they wont shoot you for a second or 2, and on top of that the emp sticky disables the backpack (for the time they have the emp effect on them)
@@bensencr7297 if you are bleeding already, or if the stinger hive is basically mid air/the animation started it doesnt stop it. However he cant start that animation while empd
