@@foreclosurepedia i appreciate it. I currently have a broken inside pane and I want to remove it so nobody gets hurt before it’s replaced. It’s roughly 4ft tall by 3ft wide and there’s 2 big chunks that come from the top down. What would you recommend I do to remove those?
@@Joekoolum Not really a professional here, but if on the ground level, I would get on a ladder above the highest point after draping something over the sill to protect it and simply bust it out and use channel locks to pull out the rest if single pane. Glove up, eye protection, all PPE etc. Good luck on it!

Hope you can help! My grandma passed and left me her mobile home. I have it sold now and the buyers lender is saying thwy have to have a pic of the HUD tag and there isnt one anywhere on the place. Its sitting on block foundation so i cant see the otutter side of the frame. Tbere also isnt a data tag/sheet amywhere. Cabinets, closets, breaker panel ect. I have the title/deed. Its at my lawyers office at the moment. Is the info that the buyers lender needs on the title?
Easy to remove from outside. Using a 10 lb maul, strike the carriage bolt head, driving it through the plywood towards interior. Plywood then easily falls off. It's a H.U.D. requirement so fire fighters can quickly gain access to interiors.

If ya drill on the deadbolt where the 2 screws would be it's a lot faster ,dead bolt falls off n yes channel locks grip hard turn a full turn n knob lock will open

Trying to help a buyer client buy a mobile home. We can't find the serial number or any identifying tags on the home. Or with the DMV or county. Where else I look?
Sorry I don't follow my comments much. So, the VIN may be in the closet, under the sink on the cabinet door, in the fuse box or ALL mobile homes have the VIN hammer struck or embossed on the frame.
Sorry I don't monitor comments much. So, the window frame and glass are two different measurements. If you are buying the whole frame simply measure the length and width from outside to outside. The glass (pane) for manufactured windows, generally you will simply take the frame in and they reseat it.
It's all a scam which can take decades to figure out or not. I just happened to stumble upon this information by accident. For independent contractors who work in the construction industry, etc are really underpaid. This what gives the employer the advantages of bidding low on accounts and paying the so call independent contractors peanuts!
