I am from NJ and lived in Bartam Park for 4 years. I recently moved back to NJ to be a caregiver for my Mom. I am presently saving towards a condo or townhome purchase in NJ and contemplating moving back to Bartram Park. I absolutely loved it there. No complaints. Just a wonderful neighborhood.

Do not move here, the property management team consist of people who hate you and will call the police and tell them you're breaking the law. They even called the cops on a man who was standing on a public sidewalk holding a sign in support of homeless veterans, they then lied and said the man was in the community banging on windows begging for change. What they didn't realize was this man is a youtuber and had filmed everything. He did nothing that they claimed. This community should rename itself to New Belsen.
I couldn’t be more disgusted by the property manager, Karen, & Scott the CDD manager! Both of them called 911, both of them BLATANTLY LIED to authorities about a man holding a sign that simply said, “God bless homeless vets!” He was NOT asking for money, like both of them told LE, he was NOT on the property, like both of them told LE, he was NOT aggressive, like Karen told LE, he was NOT knocking on residents’ windows, like Scott told LE!! Again, he was simply holding a sign, ON PUBLIC PROPERTY, that said, “God bless homeless vets!” Karen proceeded to call this man a “mother f*cker” to the officer, & continued to lie! She is a dangerous person showing she has no problem lying to LE to get her way! She is the lowest form of human garbage, just like Scott! I couldn’t be more disgusted with those people & shame on Celestina if they allow those liars to continue to work there! They were willing to lie to put a man in a cage for holding a sign! There is ZERO excuse for thst behavior!

GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS VETS. Saw the video and heard the calls to the police department made by residents of this community about a man standing on PUBLIC PROPERTY holding a sign. Audio of the calls to the police department let you hear the residents of this community lying to the dispatcher and making FALSE reports to the police dispatchers. Residents filing these false reports should be arrested and jailed for THEIR CRIMINAL ACTION.
