Is there an app for The Royalton Splash Cancun? All of the previous resorts we have stayed at had there own apps, but I can't seem to find one for splash.

Your review didn’t cover one key point, to me,,, the beach. Read from other reviews that the water is not crystal clear n there’s seaweed, is that true?
Thank you for watching and for the feedback. The season will definitely determine the beach conditions, although they were working to install a barrier to prevent the seaweed from reaching the beach. There were also cleanup crews working diligently until this barrier was completed. As for the water, I was pleased. Your status will get you access to Diamond Club amenities such as Diamond Club Pool, Lounge, etc. We are hoping to make it there. 2024 will have us in the Maldives, Fiji, Singapore, and Thailand. Maybe 2025 we will get there.

If we were going during the busiest time of year and wanted to ensure some set dinner times, then I would do it simply for the reservation aspect. Nomad, Thank you very much for all your reviews! You obviously put a lot of effort into them so we all appreciate it very much. We will be traveling for spring break in March 2024. We are considering Royalton Riviera Cancun or Royalton Riviera Splash Cancun. Splash is about $1,000 more for the family. We plan to go diamond club with both resorts, but we can also get a swim up at the Riviera. My boys are 12 and 16 years old. We are more pool people than beach but the boys love to jump in the ocean waves. We also like good drinks and food. We plan on traveling for 6 nights. Knowing all this, where would you suggest we stay? Where would you stay and why? Thank you for your input as there is not much information available on Splash. Thank you very much!!

Very disappointed no air conditioning in restaurants! No ice machines worked on any floor😮Room service was hour or more wait! Never go again to this resort!
