"Au fond, il n'y a de conversations intéressantes qu'entre gens du même avis".
This was played before & after the battle with that fat pirate Gordo. It was a surprise combat fight from the get-go because we just got done with the ordeal regarding the Green Gigas. And to add insult to injury, Gordo was insensitive as hell saying all that regarding Drachma's notoriety for being the man chasing after Rhaknam and his purpose for WHY he spent so long aiming for Rhaknam. Its one thing to put up with noisy people, it is another when they have no problem sharing & airing your personal business out for the world to witness, is it any wonder there's anti-social, say less, and reticent people out there in the world?
Drachma was clearly inspired by Captain Ahab- an old captain with an artificial limb hunting down a giant whale to avenge his crew. It's too bad we never got an actual airship battle with Rhaknam.
The Sega Dreamcast arrived in America 25 years ago! Few games and soundtracks are as evocative of this time and this console as Skies of Arcadia. Never forget this game's producer and designer, the legendary "First Lady of RPGs", Reiko Kodama. May she rest in peace and gratitude for all the wonderful dreams and experiences she created for us across Alex Kidd, Phantasy Star, Sonic, Skies of Arcadia, and many more!
For personal matters the races in competition mode of Sonic 3 and Knuckles are short but they are fun to play and race in. Even though they're short it's just best to have fun. Azure Lake, Chrome Gadget, and Desert Palace are the best racing zones because of the spring traps.
“You mess with me?” *Cannons being pushed out and mounted at every port* “…You mess with Claudia!” Gilder says as he gives the signal and all cannons FIRE, destroying the battlefield!
While I love this entire track, my favorite part of it is from 3:08 onwards because of the feeling you get when you're finally close to beating a villain who was seemingly impossible to defeat.
The GameCube version was badly compressed to fit onto the disc and was horrible.. there wasn't enough space so music and sound unfortunately had be sacrificed
I think this comment from some guy's DA says it all about this game: "In the first 20 minutes, you'll have boarded an Imperial frigate, killed the guards, cornered the villain, rescued a damsel in distress, and piloted your flying pirate ship back to your secret HQ inside a floating island... and there's another 40+ of game to go." Shame it didn't get the attention it deserved. Somehow it failed twice. Was it just cursed, or did Sega mess up with the marketing?
