1. In Seyda Neen, buy Jack of Trades spell. 2. Buy soul trap in Sadrith Mora Mage Guild (I think). 3. Make a spell with the following: *Fortify 10 points of (whatever stat) on self for one second. *Soul trap on target (no other changes to parameters) 4. Find a wall and cast at the wall till you run out of mana and then check stats. 5. Have fun! 😂 Edit: This works with fortify skill spell too once you get to the place where Almalexia is. I forget the name of the place.
For the fortify attributes, you can actually use the perma spawn and instead of using summon spell, use the fortify attributes. If you have low restoration it will be around 15 percent chance of success. But it will bump to a hundred as soon you get restoration 13 I believe. It's already broken, might aswell benefits from it
