@@wbsons9956 yeah I’m torn between this and the X type even though I know the X type gets so much hate. I’ve driven one and I loved it. I miss these classic looking jags. For the last 15 years, they have looked Japanese.
I'm researching a book on the TV series The Avengers from the 1960s, and there is a Morris 6CWT featured prominently in one episode, "The Positive Negative Man," and I'm trying to ascertain the differences between the Morris Minor and the Morris 6CWT. Are they based on the same chassis or is only the frontend the same?
Something is not right with this MG 1300. All MG 1100 & 1300 manuals had twin carburettors fitted from new. This has a single carburettor which BMC only fitted to their automatics in the MG, Wolseley, Vanden Plas Princess and Riley range of saloons. So at some stage this car has been converted to a single carb or it has an engine from an auto saloon.
Is this guy blind? He said the rear arch is lovely and crisp with no corrosion, yet you can clearly see the arch lip is shot to bits all the way round, and the lower rear quarter behind the wheel is bubbling out and you can clearly see its had filler and paint, i think he needs to get his eyes tested 😂😂😂
Everyone should own at least one Alfa Romeo but as i found out the expensive way, their reputation is richly deserved. My Brera came with the infamous timing chain issue, it took legal action to obtain a refund. Caveat Emptor with these cars.
It’s a classic car 🚙 Snd very old however very good 👍 condition. It doesn’t matter how old the car 🚗 is because it goes very well. 👌 I spect it’s nice 😊 👍 👌 and warm inside the car. 🚗 There’s also an estate 🏡 car. 🚗 👍

Why wasn’t this cut and polished before came down here !!!! Doesn’t surprise me. The money in the job ( car trade ) given away not presenting for the next man. It’s how money made. Shocking on this Gen M5. Rough but a one day. Not 7 day. Polish. And she’d look insane. Even on camera.
Utter rubbish, best selling jag to this day meanwhile now under tata they produce plastic trashy eyesores like xe, i pace etc, only 19 percent in common with the mondeo anyway, itself a great car
Mk1 1100 had twin carbs as did Riley, Wolseley &VP. This car is from the changeover from mk1 to mk 2 it has mk1 door cards, lower dash but mk 2 seats. Very few 4 door mk2’s were produced but they all ran twin carbs to be replaced by the A/M 1300gt from 1971 onwards.
