I just saw death on the Nile (1978 version with Peter Ustinov) and wondering how this gun works. I can't figure out how it can shoot one bullet at a time with only one trigger and one hammer. Thanks you to your video, it's all clear now.
Nothing at all against the fancier more elaborate bottle lanyards or "jug slings" but sometimes ya just need the "down and dirty" quick bottle knot and this is it. No fuss no muss. We'll just call it "Cymond's Bottle Sling" :)
I assume you mean smooth without any ridges when you say "continuous", like an antique cola bottle. Unfortunately, I don't know. Those have become very rare here. I would probably have trouble gripping the neck tight enough.
You do have a point, bcoz there's two strands under the lip. With just one strand (basically any selftightening knot) there is even less room required for the jug sling to fit.
I only know how to tie, like … 5 knots I just looked that up, and it looked very complicated. I watched a guy tie it, and I got lost somewhere around step 3. I don't know if my knot is in ABOK. I would love to know the proper name, if it has one. I "discovered" this knot when I was just messing around.
@@cymond Honestly it’s simplicity and function are great. I thought to myself how it is a great alternative to the confusing to tie jug knot. I found someone who showed the best technique to tie the jug knot which varied greatly from some confusing alternatives going around. If I can find it, I will share it with you.
@@cymond Found it! I let this keep replaying on loop and I think it is the easiest way to tie it. That being said yours works great also. Take care. ru-vid.come3lysKeYPXg?feature=share
@@vitaliychumak4158 This is a derringer. It's actually very small, and uses 22 Short rimfire ammunition. This is a replica made by Uberti in Italy. Miroku in Japan also made some replicas. The original was made by Sharps in 1859. Also look at the Mossberg Brownie derringer. I will try to play a video comparing it to other handguns.
Nobody lives here My wife and I are looking for a piece of land to build a private camping/hunting area. This house was on one of the pieces of land we looked at.
Personal channel. You think I'm trying to get followers? I make videos as needed. A guy on a forum said he couldn't find the horn on his Sprite, so I made this for him. Only for him. It's public only because I didn't see any other video on RU-vid with this information.
Sorry, did not figure it out yet. I thought maybe it was because I was using mismatched batteries, but now I have 4 dedicated batteries and it still does it. Also, I didn't realize anyone had commented on this, so sorry for the delay
@@cymond I had this same issue with my light. I contacted Banggood support through the website in January 2020 and I got my replacement head in April 2020. If you are going to try to get a replacement, make sure that you keep following up with them until they ship it out.
