I was following the video as a guide and found out the miniboss is a complete pushover if you have a level 3 sword and the power ring on, they just die in one hit

They are- can be a pain for certain instances, like the use in this dungeon, but a solid fun tool to utilize! Probably just a matter of finding how to make them work in future installments.

While I'll ONLY have Gogo/Umaro only join at lv 99 I still used Vanish/Doom against this boss lv 46 party members AFTER beating Dullahan Daryls Tomb the Faster this boss dies due to how a pain in the ass is is to encounter it even once the BETTER.
The Magic Urn enemies here are the ONLY ones with a Rage/show up on the Veldt it uses Cure 3 so its the ONLY enemy here worth fighting in the room that has the Air Anchor in it you will always fight 2 of those so DO remove the no encounter relic to fight those at least once. I still had lv 65 + party members but even with 6000 HP they still won't survive Magic Masters Ultima is still does OVER 7000 damage. For the Pugs Vanish them BUT since they will counter it either with Pearl or STEP Mine first summon Siren to MUTE them BEFORE you Vanish all 3 Pugs then use X Zone ONCE to kill all 3 or Vanish the entire party and use ONLY physical hits against them the Bum Rush Blitz though Magic based will NOT cause them to use Pearl or Step mine when you fight all 3. The NORMAL pug the rarest encounter in Umaro's Cave counters EVERYTHING with Step mine so IMP it IMMEDIATELY.
However I had to use Life 3/Rasp Magic masters MP to under 80 I tried to use jump attacks via the summoning of that 1 esper with Magic Master having only like 100 HP left after you berserk it too bad I had most weapons with Jump attacks including Spear class weapons actually do 0 damage to him. So I never could kill Magic master via Jumping so that his Ultima triggers while at least 1 party member is still in mid jump heck even the FIxed Dice weapon Kefka's tower in Mid jump won't actually work to damage Magic Master either.
I had lv 65 + party members by now and DO fight at least 1 Magic Urn enemy via the Air Anchor tool room so remove Mog's No encounters relic to fight at least 1 to have Gau be able to learn its rage the REST of the normal enemies here even at lv 65+ aren't worth fighting.
I still had my lv 65 party kill the 2 Soul Saver's with X zone the relic Wrex Soul doesn't drop this way is fine since it sucks besides I still had 3x ribbon users so break can't be used.
Well due to my 3x lv 65 party members ALL with Ribbons equipped I couldn't use break at all it will always fail with ribbons equipped and while I could off it the HARD way at lv 65 the Pod Bracelet still SUCKS I still had 4x Marvel Shoes users way BEFORE you even fight it.
Everyone likes to approach things differently. I like to go this route cause it feels like a more chronological way of doing it from a story aspect. Not immediately after retrieving Cyan, but once the whole party is obtained, it felt best to do this portion once I was prepared and don’t have any “new” areas to focus.
