Three bedrooms, a study, and two bathrooms! The home doesn't look very big from the outside, but inside it seems MASSIVE. Very, very, nice! Wish I had a Sigma home!
I watch your transformations Patrick and I have to say this one is stunning and definitely one of my favourites. Your homes are always finished to a great standard and you clearly take pride in your workmanship. Well done to all your team 😍😍
So im guessing new windows, doors, insulation into walls and ceilings, lights, maybe chimney blocked and the garage conversion contributed something to such a big jump in BER rating (and a six figure spend).. but why not just list everything that contributed for others to see? And where is your living room? Looked like there was one in the plans but maybe they went with a playroom? I wouldn’t fancy chilling in the kitchen myself
I love how the old and new were married seamlessly! I always prefer it when the new portion blends right in. And I sure wish I had a pantry like the one in this house. I wonder why so many homes don't have pantries! They're a perfect use of space!
I can only imagine the cost. Lovely, but I don't think I'll be affording it anytime in this lifetime. Fortunately, I'm happy with my little place as it is.
I love the room colors. Subtle colors can function as neutrals and they often seem to give a home a warmth that magnolia and gray do not. Too each, his own, though.
Is it required by law in Ireland that all extensions/additions be of a different style than the main structure? I love the changes that Sigma always does to the interior of the homes, and the exteriors always look fine - but I've noticed that extensions always look like extensions from the outside (rather than blending into the original structure to look like it was always there).
