That's awesome he still visits schools. I remember he used to come to my elementary school every year and scared the kids by pointing to scalps and saying "See those up there? That's from the last school I went to. I got those because they weren't being friendly" and he would come around with an ax.
When you are raising flags on two or three flag poles, the Flag of the United States is the only flag that needs to be raised to the top of the pole, before bringing it down to Half Staff. All other flags only need to be brought to Half Staff. When lowering the flags, bring the other flags down before starting on the US Flag which should be brought up to Full Staff and then lowering it to the ground. When raising the American Flag, raise it at a FAST pace, but when lowering it, bring it down at a SLOW pace.
Nice job describing Conscious Discipline! I've been in early childhood education for the past 20 years! I've just started a new job at head start who supplied training. Love it! I've used these methods intrinsically but not this great! Im saving your video thanks so much. Its really helpful hearing it from real teachers in the field.
