Thanks Gene, I saw myself looking for the Nov challenge script I’d printed out to take notes on this podcast. I couldn’t find it and bam there I was in anxiety and frustration. I ‘just tapped’ on what I was feeling and the script in front of me…resistance and self sabotage!!! Wow 20 minutes later, I feel calm and peaceful.☮️🙏 looking forward to The November tapping challenge!
Wow! This is a brilliant revelation! Thank you for your generosity to share this with the world… You are a gift to me and so many! I do hope you’re doing well these days my friend!
EGADS! Gene, this is absolutely BRILLIANT! I'm excited to use this for Future Danielle AND my current clients - AND - OMGOSH, this just came to me: using it for my future clients! OMGosh! Clients I don't yet have but would be TICKLED PINK to have on my roster, I can tap with them/on them NOW! In a similar vein, just last evening I created an audio tapping gig for a dear friend's teenager, without the teenager actually being with me. I "became' him whilst tapping. Talk about "benefits"! This teenager may never hear the audio (his Mum will look after that), but it truly matters not, given how powerful the session itself was. Good Golly, I am sooo making a RU-vid video on this (and YES, I shall most emphatically give you credit and list you in the resources)! SO GROOVY! THANK YOU, GENE, FOR ALL YOU DO AND SHARE! Cheers! xo
Wow, great video man. I struggle with social anxiety and have been using eft for a while now and I know how amazing and powerful tool it is. But just today I really acknowledged how big part of my social anxiety issue is shame and fear of humiliation and not being ok with myself, which all causes those shame. Thanks to this tapping I now understand more from what experiences this shame comes from, from experiences I was trying to persuade myself that they don’t matter totally and I don’t give a single f*k about them, thank you. Do you have any shame related videos that you would find helpful for my issue. I would be grateful if you would let me know
Great video! I'm glad you mentioned "institutions" in the tapping. I think feelings of guilt or obligation came up for me with regard to cultural expectations and "should," so it felt good to name that in a greater context. Thank you!
"open to intimacy in a way that supports ME", yes!! Is that really possible for me?! that would be amazing ! A completely different world, . Thank you☺
Wow this is such a great insight into ‘learning the lesson vs healing’ - not in a 1 or the other fighting way, but as wholistic approach, both are useful in their place! And I also love that the tapping starts at 11:11 ☺️
❤ Really insightful and powerful, I loved this. We are going to have evening meditations for peace every night of the week. I will be using some of your ideas in Hungarian ❤ Thank you and blessings 🙏
Hey there, Gene, This is such valuable information… And your explanation was so clear and easy to understand! Thank you for your generosity, my friend!
Thank you Gene, what an interesting way to give ourselves permission to be OK not knowing how everything is connected to the past and simply trust the process and allow healing to unfold.
What are your thoughts on inner child work? I've done a bit of it, it's very painful, but it doesn't change the way I feel and behave. I still experience "fight or flight or freeze" when I want to tell someone No, for example.
Inner child work is great tool, like lots of other approaches, BUT every approach has it's place. The most important question when doing transformation is "How is it working?" If it works we keep going, if it is not we try another approach.
I like Reeces peanut butter cups too. Didn't think the analogy was stupid at all, thought it was useful. Suggestion: alternate choice for asking the resistance what it's afraid of could be "what are you concerned about". Additional questions might be "what are you not wanting me to experience" (that can supply some useful information to tap on). Then "what is it you are wanting me to experience?" (again potential useful information to tap on). Thank you for your always useful and informative podcasts.
