I am about to throw the darn thing out of the window, producing screws with no inlay to counterpart the force from the screw nut is about the dummest thing I have ever seen. It worked on the bottom due to the little spikes on the screw inside. Due to the bad quality of the the screw thread on some of the screws I had no chance to fasten the last three at the top, have to send it back.
Jeeesh, I just ate dinner, but after watching this I feel like going out and firing up my egg anyway. Great product, and culture, happy to be part of it.
Proud owner of 2 (L) & 1 (XL) and a Chiminea. I support BGE 100% the results of all my Grilling, Smoking and Baking are phenomenal ! Thank you Mr.Ed Fisher for such a blessing & overall "The Ultimate Cooking Experience" God Bless
Older eggs -- mine is 20 years old -- don't have the hardware. Looking at the store, I think the "Composite Mates Hardware" kit includes the bolts that have to go in the band and, yes, you'll have to take the band off to mount them. Inconvenient, but doable. @biggreeeggHQ correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey, as of now we are hiring for hybrid positions. You can still submit your application and if your experience fits what we need, we can consider a remote position.
I’m interested……I have 35 plus years of retail and sales experience in single and multi unit locations. Who do I need to contact concerning job openings and how to proceed?

Dome and grate temps on low and slow cooks @225 can be 20 to 50 degree different. The spread compresses as the cook progresses but it’s a noticeable difference. I’ve tested this out with flame bosses, egg genius, vs chef iq or MEATER wifi probe. For low and slow 225 cooks- where is the best place to clip the alligator clips with this disparity in temps ? The internet is all over the place with this question/ answers
I know a dog that would love that chunk of meat when it cooked. Any tough chunks he would slobber over. He’s spoiled. I no longer wrap meats in foil directly. Use parchment first to keep foil away from meat.
