@@mayatheep2953 Ο κόφτης μπορεί να ανέβει. Όσο ανεβαίνουν ομως οι στροφές η μοτοσυκλέτα χάνει άλογα οπότε ειναι ανούσιο. Παρα μόνο αν το έχεις βελτιωσει. Τότε θέλει πρόγραμμα για να είναι οφέλημες οι τελευταίες 500 στροφές και ίσως να ανεβάσεις το όριο περιστροφής
Hello. We repainted the tank and the wheels with mt09 2017 color code. I don't think I have the color code. That was the only way for the colors to survive for the years to come. I don't think there is any other way, espesially with the wheels.
It can be done. But it's probably better to ask for a local tuner to do that for you. It requires a change on the ecu. If you need any advices we're here.
No. I cannot say it's secessary. But you do solve some other problems of the 821 regarding power delivery. But if you need a short answer, if you install an exhaust like the one on the video it's not necessary to tune it's ecu
Engine maps 1 & 2 at the maximum torque requests are similar, I have found a small difference about 2-3hp less at engine map3, I didn't put it on the video though.
You cannot fit autoblipper on a fazer because it doesn't have ride by wire throttle to match revs when downshifting. The quickshifter valve is made from Ignitech which is controlled from a custom map on the ecu.
Honestly I cannot tell for sure since we never tuned any of them. But I would expect no lees than 6-7hp with a good system, some work at the intake and a proper map.

We did that test to have the base line before we tune it (cylinder head rebuild, camshafts and a custom exhaust). It had 118bhp at the wheel with this setup (arrow full and the correct map on the ecu).
@@FunAllDayLong4353 Different dynos different numbers. It's not uncommon... it's just a matter of calculations. The thing to keep is the before and after.

As I said we serviced the cylinder head (valve seals, cleaned seats) added a combination of 955 speed & daytona camshafts and we timed them. Then we worked together with a shop that makes exhausts on such projects so we designed a new custom titanium full system with dual silencers under the seat from sc-project. The bike with a custom map and ~600rpm rev limit increase went to 143bhp but with a loss up to 5000rpm because of the camshafts. I have the graph which I can send it and pictures from the bike which was in general very well equipted. The combination of the exhaust and the camshafts had a huge power increase. We recently did the same on a 2013 tiger 1050 but with cylinder head tune and compression increase and it passed 150bhp at the wheel. Dyno sheets are availabe
hello, I have a Benelli trk502 2019 with 30,000 km... it started to jerk a little while driving at constant throttle for cruising... everything else works fine, but I don't know what could be the cause of this shaking?
Hello Mario. There are a few things that can cause this while cruising with number one being the map sensor hosses. They are made from very cheap material so they deteriorate very fast, they let air get it as a result not only you feel that jerkiness but also incease you fuel consumption. So If I would start investigating it will be from there.
This is quite remarkable. Very strong, very late on brakes. Judging from the breaking points and how you hit the apex consistently, I'm surprised you were not below 2:00. I've not spotted obvious mistakes.
Hello Carlo, thank you very much for your comments. The rider is very experiences and you correctly managed to locate his strong points. He managed to locate his braking and accelerating points well using his experience on hard accelerating - hard braking tracks we have in our country. Basicaly the first part of the track up to Casannova was quite fast. Lost lot's of time from Savelli to Arrabbiata, did prety well from Scarperia to Correntaio but the average speed from there to the last corner needs work. I strongly believe that if we manage to visit the track, probably the following year with our supersport bike 1.58high is achievable. Again, thank you very much
@@zenOneRacing indeed the Casanova/Savelli is the place where you can make the real difference. I suggest you fetch the videos by Roccoli to see how it's done best. I think he's the record setter on 600. Basically it's all about entering Arrabbiata 1 as fast as possible and doing it full throttle. I'm reporting something I've distilled from advice of top riders here: Casanova you bring in speed but with the sole aim of doing Savelli spot on, so to open early, being carried outside to the white line, taking the bike to the left while still full throttle, go almost to the paint, all by counter steering, up and until the bike is moving back to the right and only when bike starts leaning chop the throttle. This way you are very fast and late entering, a soft touch to the front brake to close to the kerb, hit quite late and full throttle from then, in one sweep turn until Arrabbiata 2, taken late, bit of brake in and full throttle to the exit. That's the theory, but I've raced with a guy who is way faster than me (he's down to 2:02 on a SSP Kawa ZX 600, I'm nearly 10" slower!) and with a pretty old CBR 600 with standard rear suspension I was as fast as him by doing this. The idea is that you are **never too fast in**, since it's wide and steep uphill.
@@CarloPiana Excatly this is where the problem stands. The height difference and not being able to see where you go needs confidence and... more laps to build the trust to carry the speed. We were lucky enough to work with some very fast riders in Mugello in the past years so it was't hard to locate those points by just looking at the data. I really hope we will be able to come back soon with the same rider to go a little faster and why not race. Thanks again!

Καλησπέρα και σ'ευχαριστώ για τα καλά σου λόγια. Χωρίς να γνωρίζω τα στοιχεία των piper μπορώ να γράψω σίγουρα τα εξής. 1. Οι εκκεντροφόροι της yoshimura έχουν φτιαχτεί σε συνεργασία με την suzuki ώς αγωνιστικό κιτ για αγώνες ταχύτητας με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται σε πόρους και πρόσβαση σε τεχνογνωσία. 2. Οι εκκεντροφόροι yoshimura στο πακέτο παρέχουν πέραν των οβάλ γραναζιών, ελατήρια για την εξαγωγή και ροδέλλες προφόρτισης για την εισαγωγή - απο μόνα τους αυτά εκτοξεύουν μεν την τιμή αλλά παράλληλα και την αξιοπιστία του συνόλου όταν αυτό ολοκληρωθεί. Εν κατακλείδι με σιγουριά μπορώ να σου πώ πως εκκεντροφόρους να βγάζουν πιο πολλά άλογα και να μην κοστίζουν τόσο θα βρείς. Αν αυτό είναι το ζητούμενο. Σαν πακέτο για μια μοτοσυκλέτα δρόμου όμως που θα γράψει χιλιόμετρα δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ καλύτερη επιλογή - με τη βασική προϋπόθεση βέβαια να γίνουν όλα όπως πρέπει.
@@paratrooper3358 Και εδώ όλα έχουν να κάνουν με την εφαρμογή που συζητάμε. Ο ελαφρύς στρόφαλος βελτιώνει την επιτάχυνση, χαλάει τν "στρωτή" λειτουργία στις χαμηλές στροφές. Αν μιλάμε για χρήση πίστας ειδικά σε μοτοσυκλέτες λίτρου η μειωμένη μάζα στροφάλου μπορεί να δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα πρόσφυσης και εμπιστοσύνης του αναβάτη κατα για την επιτάχυνση. Να μη μπορεί δηλαδή να πάρει το γκάζι έγκαιρα σε σχέση με έναν πιο βαρύ στρόφαλο. Πριν μπείς κάποιος σε μια τέτοια διαδικασία ίσως θα άξιζε να δοκιμάσει την αλλαγή του βολάν με έναν πιο ελαφρύ. Είναι μια πιο οικονομική λύση αλλά μειώνει την δυνατότητα φόρτισης της μπαταρίας στις χαμηλές μεσαίες στροφές και απευθύνεται συνήθως σε αγωνιστικές μοτοσυκλέτες που δεν έχουν φώτα/κόρνες φλάς και δουλεύουν πάνω απο κάποιες στροφές.

Hello. This setup is the best compromise not to make unnecessary gear changes at the back of the track when you need to upshift and then downshift right away. Remember that the motorcycles on this class use stock gearbox.
@@mits2113 It has to do with many factors starting from your performance. And then your bike, your rev limit original is 15500. R6 & gsxr gearbox are more or less the same.
