District 7030 is home of some of the world's most diverse and vibrant Rotary Clubs in the Southern Caribbean. With over 2,400 Rotarians in 75 Clubs in 17 Counties & Territories (see below), District 7030 covers a diverse geography and encompasses a variety of cultures and languages - English, French and Dutch are spoken among the countries in District 7030. In addition, there are several Rotaract Clubs and many Interact Clubs within each country and all are delivering tremendous service to our communities.

Does your chapter pay for rotarians to attend Leadership training? I want to explore & learn more about Rotary but my rotary wants me to pay half of it. They just talked about getting immersed into the group & being involved more,but then you are expected to pay for the training. Do other Rotaries make the Rotarian pay? Just curious.
Writing this review on behalf of entire deprived aspiring candidates those who had participated in a recently conducted Art Compettion Rangatuli 2024. Organized by Rotary club of Bhubaneswar Meadows.on 26th Aug I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar, Meadows where many students recently participated in an Art Competition Rangatuli 2024. The entire experience was horrible for most of the people and was a complete sha. I feel that aspirants hard work and preparation were completely undermined. From the beginning, the center seemed suspicious. The staff were very unprofessional and disorganized, and the exam environment was chaotic and noisy. During the competition, I noticed several instances of cheating, including candidates openly using plastic crayons and pencil colours instead of Water Colours. The organizer had clearly mentioned about the competition to be held only with water colours.Instructions were very clearly mentioned in the leaflet aboutthe competition and it's proceedings. They were only intrested to give the prizes to the predecided candidateswho happened to be their relatives and close members of the club. Request Mrs. Stephanie to look into the matter asap
Very informative session, have a broader perspective on broadening diversity with Rotary Club. This is needed for smaller clubs where resource capacity may be a constraint. Thanks for sharing .

changing the club in order to accommodate the newer members but losing the long timer members then its better not to change even if there is not attractive in recruiting in memberships . this is very subjectvie
