Hello po. Thanks for watching my vlog! Hindi naman ganoon kalayo yung room namin from the beach-if I remember correctly, it was just a 3-5 minute walk. Sadyang hindi lang makita yung beach from our room. Ang room na girent namin ay isa sa maraming rooms ng malaking white house. Pinakababa po yung room namin sa 3-story house (7:38 sa video). Unfortunately, may ibang nagrent ng rooms sa taas so hindi na po namin nacheck. Hindi ko na rin sinama sa vlog to respect their privacy. Hello po! Thanks for watching my vlog. 🥰 Pwede pong mag avail nang access sa pool. Timing lang po at Saturday - Sunday kami nag check in. During Sundays, hindi nila gina allow ang guests to access the pool. Bale for owners lang siya on that day.
Oh! It's sad to hear about your experience, but during our stay, as shown in the vlog, the condo unit was perfectly fine. We had a great time making memories with my friends and the room was furnished really well, not looking old at all. Avida Towers, if I recall correctly (I was born and grew up here in Davao), was built recently, I think it was in 2017, so it's not really that old. We didn't notice any signs of molds, and the windows were sturdy and allowed ventilation from every side of the room, so mold shouldn't be a problem. In the vlog, you can see we brought lots of food and stored it properly inside the cabinets, and there weren't many ant infestations, definitely not that many. I recommend you should inform the owners of your experience so that they can improve on their amenities. Thanks for watching my vlog!

Hello po. Thank you for watching my vlog! May mga beach resorts po sa mati na naga offer ng boat rental for a tour sa different islands sa pujada bay (pujada island, wanibad, and oak island). Based po sa pagkakaalam ko resorts like Sakura Beach, Prymm Resort, and marami pa pong iba are offering island hopping packages. Yung sa amin po kasi sa Lawigan, Mati po kami pumunta since doon naga stay yung relatives namin. Then, nag stay po kami sa Pedraya Beach Resort pero yung boat rental ay sa relative po namin yun. Hindi po siya for travelling tourists, pang pangisdaan lang po siya na bangka. Upon arriving po sa beach may 50 pesos po na entrance fee and kubo rental for 500 to 3000 depending po sa kalaki, then meron din pong table and chair rental. Nagabenta rin po sila ng mga food sa island pero hindi po kami bumili. I hope this reply helps you po.
Thanks for sharing your Bohol holiday vlog. My mom is from Loon too and I'm also from Davao. I was born in Davao City and grew in Davao. I left Davao a long time ago. I now live in the US. I was there in Bohol last August til October. We stayed there, particularly Panglao for almost two months with my girlfriend who is from Cavite. We really love Panglao and Bohol .
