Judges support? Son, you need to watch the movie "The Rock" featuring Sean Connery and Nicholas Cage, fabulous appropriate line in that flick, has to do with the difference between winners and losers, I'll let you find it.
I mean it really says something they don’t have violations after the most confusing time of recent history which obviously implies they were genuine errors. I’m sorry to say the more I learn about the US criminal justice system and actually just the whole government the more I’m glad to be where I’m from as somebody who’s been thru ours a few times lol
I got a dui last year and was pulled over illegally at west gate .. didn’t get 8 points on my license or have the MVD hearing.. only had to do the court consequences
And he said I was going 60mph exiting the parking lot but because the way I acted on camera calling him out on his bs with the security ultimately led me to getting convicted
Sounds a lot like that time I sent a money order instead of hand writing my credit card information on a request for a CLEP exam transcript. The money order made it, I know because you can see where they ripped it off the staple on the form they sent back where they circled the blank credit card information section with a note saying to fill it out. You can also tell because they cashed it same day they post marked the return envelope. Provided proof of this to them. Did i ever get my transcripts? Nope. Did a government agency blatantly commit petty theft and refuse to investigate themselves when it was pointed out? Yup.
Did you get taken to the policy dept or just a hospital and was released from there after the blood draw? I'm in the same boat and trying to figure out how you can be "arrested" for dui but let go 30 min later
@@John--John not sure either jon but thats what happened, ive secured an attorney but the reality is is the attorney just needs too find something the cop did wrong. Where did you get yours ,in az or another state
The DAs, Judges, and Police are all in cahoots and there is virtually nothing you can do about it. You don’t realize it is happening until it happens to you. People have lost their children, careers, money, and lives over this injustice.
So your client was completely innocent? The Police just dragged him out of his car and beat him because his LP light was out? I would guess that your client talked himself into a jail cell and a beating.
Federal lawsuit. Us blacks fought for every1 to utilize The Civil Rights Act. Fun filled fact that it is written in it for protections of women to whom never really used it in lawsuits against men for sexual harassment in the 70s, 80s, 90s. KNo, you’re Rights. Mic drop.
