HI I'm Adam and this is my channel Dowsett reviews Tech where I look at all things tech but mainly focus on PC and gaming. On this channel I do gaming pc builds plus reviews of lots of tech including pc cases, pc fans, cpu coolers, power supplies, storage, graphics cards, cpus and many more.
I really think dropping the wifi will make a big difference. I guess doing 2.5gig networking is out of the question. but even 1gig should be a massive upgrade from any wifi below 7... Only for the loading times... gaming shouldn't matter...
All the reviewers do the same, they do it in two segments the unboxing then the testing, you should do both at once, i don't wont to see a product then not see how it performs.
My apologies, I can't speak for other reviewers however the reason I do it is because due to family and work commitments I don't have a lot of time to make videos and even less time to do a full custom loop straight away so I like to show the product so people can get a better look at it first and then I will do the water cooled build when I have time. I know it has been a long time but I'm still finalising how I want to do the build and will hopefully be doing it soon. I kinda wanna wait for 9800x3d to be released and use that as this will be my main gaming rig and probably won't be upgraded for a while after this. Hope you can understand.
@@DowsettReviews Algood but if you can test that water block when you have time that would be grate as no one has tested that block that i can find on RU-vid.
@@DowsettReviews Seems strange for such a big SFF case that you couldn't fit a rad in, once you get to 3 modules you are in mid tower territory (and much more expensive to boot). Cheers for the reply though!
First time seeing this case, thanks. I immediately took my CC out but unfortunately the mod-II frame isn't available on the US e-store 😒 I'll be following along for sure.
Be quiet works very well, when using cinebench on a Ryzen 9 5950X at 100% all cores it cannot get below 112 degree Celsius. This is on a 28 degree Celsius environment. The case is open. Normally playing Fortnite I can get as high as 67 degree Celsius …
im using 4 dimms of them and it shows 3600mhz. its 6000m/t on the case. when i make the changes in bios it no longer boots up just black screen. what do i do?
I don't fully trust the brand but it seems like a great device to store things where you don't particularly need good performance such as videos and images. I can use my other SDD's for game installations and whatnot.
I'm kinda interested in Valkyrie.. only issue is they don't have much of a presence here in the US/North American market yet. I was kinda interested in their DL125 but, obtaining one here would be quite difficult. The SL125 and R125 are available though, I've seen them on Newegg, Amazon and such. I'm big into a couple of things.. Air Cooling, and cheesy gamer aesthetic lol. Still got my old bright red NZXT Phantom 630 chilling in a corner of my room. Bit of a fan of Nubia/Red Magic and MSi for the same reasons. They still push that more classic "gamer" aesthetic.
I've been very impressed with the valkyrie for performance on all the coolers I've tested. You may be able to get them direct from valkyrie or aliexpress
I've found them on both Newegg and Amazon. I might try em out, the Valkyrie R125 claims a 245W heat dissipation. That might handle the new 15th Gen Intel i9 considering it's improved energy efficiency. Maybe.. Unfortunately Deepcool isn't available in the US anymore due to sanctions.. otherwise hands down would've gotten the Assassin IV VC. I'm after performance and a certain aesthetic.. I'm quite patriotic when it comes to the US, but man it can be a pain at times. There's so many cool foreign goods we miss out on due to regulations and trade relations.. The free market isn't so free lol.
Honestly it really us. I've also done a follow up video with the performance testing and I show the software too. I really want a 360 or 420 version now
@@DowsettReviews xD But CPU will clock higher and generate more heath if cooling solution is better. So instead measuring temp, you should measure energy dissipation.
