I've been confused by the Blue Hawaiian/Blue Hawaii thing, both are total tiki standards, the Blue Hawaii seems a little less filling and sweet though which may be better if you might want to have more than just 1.
I think so. I don't know too much about sherry but I understand that amontillado can be a little more complex than what I was using, but I figure the flavors should all still work together, especially with the aged gin. Thanks for the view and for the comment.
