Clip Studio Paint PRO has the ability to create vector art drawings. It has a perpetual license. Not a subscription. I mean, you can subscribe to it, but subscriptions are recurring and, when you stop paying into it, you lose everything. A perpetual license is usually better because it's a one-time fee, and once paid, you keep it forever. The software is a complete package and will usually not be updated. No updates, because if you want someone to update it, then that someone must be paid, and where do you get the money? The company has to get customers to pay a subscription. If you are fine without all the updates and just want a product that you can use forever and that does not change/update itself, then the perpetual license would be perfect.
