My question for Alan and Nathan, what exactly is the LDS gospel? the Bible is clear about the Christian gospel. What is your hope in life and death and why did Jesus have to die?
I have been following the Osmond's for years. I admire their faith and talent. God put Alan and Suzanne together. She is such a sweet, caring, wonderful woman who inspires many. I do wish the other wives would be interviewed as well. Thank you, Suzanne, for being you.
The part where Alan talking about the nice black guy who wrote the Osmond Brothers’ last top 10 hit song “Love Me For a Reason” was famous record producer/songwriter Johnny Bristol. Just so you know.
What I have enjoyed about Suzanne so much through the years, is watching the sweet, innocent bride grow into a mother with children arriving every year to year and a half. Each of these boys have to raised in the faith and trained in the way that is best for him. Cleaning house, homework, church meeting, cooking wonderful full meals and all through this giving time and attention to her husband. I often wonder did she ever get any sleep. Then getting the boys ready for mission trips and don't forget the grandchildren! Babysitting sometimes so their boys and wives could go to dinner. Helping out in sickness of members and doing whatever to help make the load a little lighter. And all through this, kept herself close to heavenly father. She is such a great example of being a Mormon wife , mother and grandmother. I guess when everything is said and done, that is what all Mormon ladies are striving for. Thanks Suzanne for making it look so easy! ☺️ God Bless you. Ps. I'm jealous!
Have always admired her and her knowledge. I do admire Mormon women in the way they value being wives and mother's. Thank you for such a great example.
Please pray for me guys. I had a hip replaced 6 weeks ago. It's going very slow recovery wise...but the incision Area is still very sensitive. Walking I have 1 crutch now. I had the operation 6 weeks ago. Have an amazing Christmas...all of you
Thank you so much for the opportunity to watch this. I have loved your family from the time I was a preteen. You have been a wonderful example of how to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and not feel inclined to compromise even in the presence of kings and magistrates and others who would try to tempt you or possibly shame you. Instead you found that rather, they honored and admired you. Thank you for your example.
I'm British, it is common knowledge that the Queen is a very very spiritual christian person. Her faith is unwavering, I honestly think she would have read Olive's book.
Good interview. Says a lot about her willingness to reach across the aisle and listen to those she might fundamentally disagree with; as well as her passion for public service. I notice that she sat for this interview about a month before she first started showing symptoms of illness, and just three months before she would pass away. It's astounding to me how quickly all that happened and yet there's no sign of that here; just a thoughtful, reflective and articulate interview.
This was so interesting. I was in Fugal Hall the same year as Suzanne. She was just down the stairs from our 1810 apartment. She had some star quality so I was not shocked when I’d heard later she drew Alan Osmond’s attention. :-) Such a full and interesting life they’ve had together. Didn’t the Osmond’s managers blow at that money they had earned early on? To bad your father didn’t let you all enjoy the money more early on because he certainly wasn’t watching out for it to last 😕
