GIRLLLL. it happened to me. I know why it happened. I KNOW. I had an eating disorder for years. When I started recovery I gained weight and my hair fell out because your body finally get fuel. It doesn't want to waste this NEW fuel that it needs to hair. It is annoying but it is what it is. After 2 years (2 years after this occurred) my hair is back. It is norma...You will have to accept it I know it isn't fun but it is what it is. Your body needs more fuel ,your body is stressed.
Ripe avocados - Emphasis on ripe! If your avocados are too firm, they won’t mash into a smooth and creamy guac. See the tip below! Red onion - For crunch and savory bite. Diced white onions work here too. Fresh cilantro - I love the refreshing kick it adds to this guacamole recipe, but you can skip it if you’re not a fan. Fresh lime juice and zest - They make the guacamole zesty and bright. Jalapeño - For heat. Feel free to omit it if you’re sensitive to spice. A serrano pepper would work here too! Ground cumin - Optional, but delicious. It adds earthy depth of flavor. And sea salt - To make all t
I've been plant based since 2016 and have eaten a giant smoothie bowl every single day to break my fasts since that point. Soymilk, orgain vanilla, cup of frozen raspberries, half cup blueberries, topped with home made granola/Purely Elizabeth, and a small combination of flax meal/chia/coconut. You can never overlook those micronutrients 😊. Treat the body right. I've also never seen someone advocate smoothie bowls as much as I do. Love it!
Girl, I eat meat and I cook better vegan food than that! (I am actually quite considerate of my meat intake and regularly cook for vegetarians 👀). But still! Glad you learned though, you can make excellent vegan food. My go-to is bolognese (if you used chopped vegan burger patties, it has a better consistency) which can also make an excellent lasagna if you replace a couple things with vegan alternatives, mainly the cheese and butter.
Veganism can be tasty and even taste like meat if you do it right being vegan is good for your health and karma as you don't partake in animal genocide... Your so pretty btw goshhhh
She is still vegan. She just grew out of eating flavorless vegan food (which some people can prefer, there's nothing wrong with that! But there's *also* nothing wrong with wanting to *enjoy* your food)
Tell me you are a crap cook without telling me you are a crap cook I ain't even vegan and can make vegan food that slaps for vegan friends. Like rice and beans is the simplest and all it needs is some spices added to it and a good sauce, similar to chili. Curries are also amazing even when vegan and if you want meaty texture not beans Tofu is an amazing vessel for flavour. Also Indian food is amazing in general vegan or not.
Good god. I was with my daughters mother for 12 years . She was vegan when we met and i, the opposite, had to learn to make all kinds of gross shit which i did for 10 of those years until she finally gave it up and ate meat. Sadly it was not long before i left her for having an affair. For the 6th time with the 6th dude in 1.5 years(one of em is who got her pregnant and was a deadbeat. She came crawling bacj i forgave her and became the dad even tho she cheated to get pregnant. That lil girl fidnt ask to have that mom and didnt deserve to have no dad bc if her moms shitty choices. I dont regret it just makes the rest of the shit she did so much worse considering what i had done for her. Anyway i didnt have it easy for long bc I had enuf. The she decided to run away so now its just me and my girl for oast 4 years. Shes 5 now. Daddys girl. Blood or not shes my world. I hope to god she doesnt do this shit too. Shes toomuch like me i think. She loves meat and cheese lol
Ugh that giant green bell pepper got me having nightmares already. 😅 Also, congratulations on not starving yourself anymore. And your intestines are probably thanking you too.
Your hormones are almost certainly ruined by the absence of saturated animal fat in your diet and probable nutrient deficiencies. And that's why your hair is falling out. The supplements you are taking are irrelevant when most of them are oil soluble and you don't have the necessary fats in our foods. Simple as.
