Catastrophic battery failure... that alone could fail unit. Didn't enjoy plying chuck rock on it though. Of the three games purchased I didn't even use up one set of batteries before it was stolen. Thanks for bringing me back. Are you going to upgrade screen storage and recharge capable?

The battery issue was real bad 🙈 but the tech was quite revolutionary at the time 🤷♂️ lol I’m going to upgrade the screen as I came across some issue after this recap which I’ll cover in the next update video in a couple weeks time just waiting on funds for the upgrades 😄thanks for stopping by 👍
Yah I've been there with a PS3 I was trying to fix. Those other guys make it look so easy. And it's not at all. Good attempt tho I probably would have done the same thing
@@RetroSaviour I’m going into my late 50’s! And instead of just getting the branded consoles, I’ve got some retro handhelds! (Anbernics, Retroids, etc) And ALLLLL the oldies are there! It’s overwhelming how happy it makes me to see more than one expects when you get into handheld Retro Emulators!
@@Christ-in-Damary-n-Dave nice! I respect the technology from the 90s and segas designs etc were epic, all I try todo is fix broken consoles or make them playable once again or keep them going ofcourse, and decided to start recording what I do 😄

@@RetroSaviour I know shops all over the good old US of A that do that and then sell them to locals. Everyone unit you pick out of circulation is one less unit taken from its home. Stay your lane, buy only what is local to you. USA is off limits, I wish I could shut you down!

Hey I haven’t tried yet sadly, isit the disc reading issue? My ps2 still works luckly takes about 2 mins to read the disc though haha What’s the issue with yours ? 👍
