At 1:06 minutes, onward: I bet these people voted for Obama, welcomed diversity, would shut the door on discrimination -- and open the gates of *unity.* Why are the same people opening up the door and their mouths to the contrary, negatively mentioning the people of proud nations who want to lift themselves? There is only one reason someone like this would come out against unions. They want to pay their workers less, even though it's the workers who are making him his money. He cannot do a thing without the workers. So if a worker is going to give this guy their entire day, they should make a good living. And that is what unions do. The represent the worker and stand up in the face of this assholes fat cat lawyers when you are refueling his planes, and for what? So HE can live like a fat cat.
I'm glad the yard I worked for decertified. My pay went up, I got better benefits and a better working relationship with management. Our main reason for the decertification was that the local didn't want anything to do with the grievances or represent us.
