These cookies turned out so good!!! I split my batch in 2, added almond extract to one half and freeze dried strawberry powder to the other half and they are so so so good. Highly recommend.
The written recipe is different than the video because none of these are made / tested by anybody . The written recipe is obtained from one source and the video from another. They are then complied together . Not worth trying it out.
I made these and they are indeed good. I wasn't actually trying to make it keto , so I used maple syrup. I think honey would be a bit nicer because the syrup wasn't viscous enough , and so the bars were a bit moist even after freezing.
The recipe seems different than the video?? In the written instructions I saw no olive oil in the video it showed flax meal in the written recipe it shows Chia seed… Can you please help me out I would love to make this bread.
I tried this recipe. It was very moist, the cinnamon mixed with Erythritol sweetener, I sprinkled on top. I like the idea that I'm getting my fiber in.

I’m going to make your pumpkin bread off your website and I want to know if I can use brown sugar substitute instead of the erythritol? Would it be less than the 3/4 called for? I use sukrin gold. Thank you!😊
This bread is not convenient for me to waste my time and money to make it in Italy, peanut butter and almond flower is very expensive here, 5 euro just for a tiny jar of peanut butter, almond flower 12 euro and up, I can find keto bread already made for less then 4 euro.
