I’m no plant expert by any means but the purple flower plant Cory liked looks like a species of Ceanothus. Many of them are native to California. They’re very pretty. Happy walking!
That sounds right. We had a trail angel drive us and she said something that sounded just like that but also called them California lilac so we’ll stick with that as it’s easier to remember.
