This is ridiculous paying more the already high price to go to the park. I had enough of the ridiculous prices and greed. The parks are empty because of greed . Why bother walk around Disney Springs if you need Disney
Thank you for your comment! One interesting thing is that out of all the theme parks, Disney’s fast pass program is the lowest cost. Definitely understand where you’re coming from though.
I can't believe people were majorly hating on this when it first premiered. It is soooo good and I can't believe they took it away from us. No justice in this world.

Seems like a waste of money. You barely got anything without the hotel guest booking 7 days in advance….I can’t imagine the slim pickings for those booking in 7 days from now.
Yeah only time will tell. Only saving grace is hotel guests used to get 60 days, and it was free. We’ll see what kind of inventory is available for each attraction. We did 6 top attractions in 6 hours, which isn’t bad, and definitely could’ve done more. Only real problem is the need to be glued to your phone all day refreshing… which was also what was needed in the FP+ days.
Who wants to get up at 7 am That is why I like universal You show up when you want and ride the rides without scrolling for ride times and hoping you get the ride
It’s a little better now because you can book your days in advance. If you’re referencing Universal Express vs Disney’s system, Universals is less complicated but a lot more pricier, some days even out pricing your actual park admission!
@dandicristina1389 as do we, but an annual pass benefit is a different discussion! This is for one day/available all day at park open. Universals one day is available at park open and you pay a lot more for it.
It’s gonna get a lot more complicated once hotel guests start snagging all the good rides/times. The first week won’t be a true representation of what we’re gonna be dealing with

MultiPass is the all encompassing FastPass system, one cost includes everything (excludes top ride in each park, which are sold as Single Pass) Virtual queue opens at 7am and 1pm (sometimes 6p for deluxe guests) and is complimentary. Currently offered. For Tiana, Guardians, and Tron.
Thank you for the review. It is still early first day use. It would be interesting to see were it is in seven days or a month from now. The process still seems like a lot of work, and elitist, sad to be poor in the park unless your a local with a season pass. I live by Disneyland and have a season pass, so if I only ride a few rides it is OK, I will be back. WCDB
Resort guests definitely have an advantage with the 7 day window over every other ticket type. It’s definitely a lot of work to try and get everything you want during the day, but the work reaps benefits. Reminder that “fast pass” stuff is always voluntary when it’s an upcharge, and yeah it’ll be interesting to see how it works after some time like you said. Thanks for the comment!
There are way too many variables to make a definitive opinion. The experience could be vastly different depending on the day. Would recommend giving it a try, to see how you like it yourself!
It definitely felt that way. Obviously could differ day to day. We chose to not book those attractions but those were at least available. But unless you spent the whole time refreshing your modification screen, you likely weren’t going to find one of the major attractions popping up.
We did 6 attractions on LL in the 6 hours we spent in the park. Thats $5 per attraction which we saved on average 30 minutes in line. 3 less hours we had to spend in line, is probably worth $29. Time is money, but totally understand the other point of view. Tron can be accessed via virtual queue at no cost as well. Thanks for the comment, Bruce!
@@ACoupleOfParkHoppers Agree to a point, as a family of 5 add about $150 per day and thats without any ILL. I think they are doing a disservice to families- we save all year to go which means we will skip shopping and table service meals.

Thank you so much! Wanted to give a realistic look at the experience. You aren’t always going to get what you want, attractions do experience down time, and endless other factors.
If we’d spent the whole day there, probably would’ve booked more of those type of attractions… but Laugh Floor, Philharmagic, It’s A Small World, Mad Tea Party were readily available all day, just chose not to do them in the time we had allotted. Worth it for the whole day for sure. Selections definitely get less and less throughout the day. Will be interesting to see see what happens when people can book LL in advance.
How did you get your spot? Since I’m planning to record from near the back so I can get the full thing (including the water projections and the drones) with my iPhone 14 Pro Max camera.
I shot this on the peak of the grass hill in Central Park. That was the high point and center visibility. Great spot. Some of the lower projections are a little tough to see though, we watched right up front by the rocks last night and there are several water screens closer to you than you think.

Not to be rude to the performers, as I know they do a fantastic job under the band style they're working with, but I wish they'd do what they did to the Disneyland Band here. More complex music, drill patterns, characters performing with them, etc. Honestly, the Disneyland Band is just more entertaining to watch because they just do more. In addition, the Flag Retreat at WDW is just pathetic. It's shorter, doesn't salute the military, and is simply underwhelming. I hope that someday Disney takes the opportunity to update the philharmonic and the flag retreat to be more like Disneyland's objectively better versions.
@ACoupleOfParkHoppers Still, they don't have marching drill, they don't have as much to do, their arrangements are far less complex, and the flag retreat is far less awe-inspiring, even when the band is at its peak
I'm confused. It's "Tiana's Foods" as in it's "hers"...but then says: "employee-owned"? Who's company is it supposed to be? So, we are looking for a missing "spice" on the historic Avery Island salt mine? No,..no,..we are actually looking for a "musician" for the band instead in that salt mine? We then get shrunk down by voodoo that we can't talk about...to help us find this animal musician? No, wait!... the last song said we found the SPICE we were looking for in the salt mine....and YOU were the missing ingredient all along? What happened to that musician we were looking for? This thing seems soooo half-baked and NOT very well thought out!
Thanks for watching Cliff, as always we love your work! As for Tiana’s, we felt like it made a lot of sense when riding. The main storyline being the party for the city and everything in the ride was that preparation for the party. The animatronics were also incredible to see in person, as we’ve personally never seen the technology at the parks out of the country yet. None of the videos do the actually ride justice, and we’d love to hear your thoughts once you get to ride it!
@@ACoupleOfParkHoppers - It's certainly true that no attraction video ever replaces the experience of actually being on it. It's one thing to watch a Metallica or Lady Gaga concert video...but actually being in the front row at the show is a complete different experience. I'm using my entire 2024 WDW budget this year to finally go to Tokyo Disney. (I'm very excited to ride the last living "Splash Mountain" once again!) I'll possibly ride Tiana's next year if the lines aren't too long. 2024 is the very first year in 25 years that I allowed my annual pasd to expire! Feels crazy to even say that!
