I agree with everything you said, I just don't want to buy body care anymore especially from bath and body works, I know there's a semi annual sale right now and its so tempting to buy some lotions, body mists cause like they're so cheap. But I wanna save up money and buy actual perfume. I just bought one recently and the quality is so much better than anything I've ever gotten from bath and body works.
I do think that the products smell good but their lotions and body creams are so over powering and they suck at moisturizing your body, so over fragranced. And the body creams go bad in a year which is so disappointing, and now all their scents just smell the same. I'm complaining so much but that's my little tangent. I will be using up my body care and then leaving bbw behind for good.
I do decluttering events. Like an actual" event" where a bunch of people come together and we swap products with each other. Anything left over after the swap we donate to a women's shelter.

Simplify. Yes, having less gives me so much more freedom and energy. My large collection of body care, honestly, was a drag. And storing it, rotating it, and using stuff up because it was about to expire took a lot of time and snuffed out a lot of the joy. I'm so glad you are back, with renewed energy and channel name. And no I never left!🦋

I have Waikiki Beach from B&BW (I remember in one of your videos you said you also have and like it <: ), but I think about getting Island Rush. Does it smell alike or is there a difference to help my decision? I live in Germany so I have to blind buy from VS🥺
@@Karinapirate I tried it once but apparently it was really toxic so I didn't give it a fair chance! I personally love Jergens natural glow but it has BHT in it 😫 so I've been using Beauty by earth and it does the job but it's still not as good!
I’m getting tired of peony scents and prefer ones like VS Oasis now. Why does Seduction say peony on the website instead of tuberose? I want tuberose really bad and I hope it wasn’t taken out. What do you think about Escape? Crème cloud smells peppery to me but I like it. I hate Candy Noir. Heavenly was way different in early 2000’s. Sorry, the original very sexy was very sexy for her. Much better too.
I'm down to 70 🫠🫠 it's a work in progress to use up/let go of them but I just did a declutter and used to have over 100 at one point so it's something!
Also if any of you guys have pets n are fragrance lovers, how do yall use ur products up?? Im scared of wearing too much fragrance on while being around my dogs so idk how i can use my body sprays up without hurting their noses
I’m in the same boat, I have soooo many body mists but take forever to use them up since I can get sensitive/overwhelmed w scents if I spray too much on 🤧

If you're not coughing, you didn't spray enough, is my motto lol. I know that's bad, lol. I hold my breath too, but for the body mists to last, you have to spray a ton of it on! Great video!💖💖💖💖
I pick 3 scents that I will focus and alternate between .This helps me not get tired of one as fast If you shower at night ,use a lotion and mist from your use it up pile, In the morning use any mist/lotion you want because the night combo will have already worn off. I also refresh the inside of my slippers before every shower.

I've actually used up a few fine fragrance mists on some of these recommendations that you gave in an earlier video, so thank you for those good tips. Also thank you for talking about conscious consumerism, it's really refreshing and not something you see much in the beauty/fragrance space here on RU-vid. Which brings me to my segway ( contradictary to the comments I just made 😅 ) - That segway being " Just wondering if you're going to do any shopping for BBW SAS? I'm going to do a little, but won't go wild, as I too am trying to curate and use up my collection. I mostly just buy the FFM as their are body washes and body lotions that I like alot more than BBW - Method, Native,Hempz to name a few.....
I will definitely go to SAS!!! I’ve been so good at not buying anything I’m not obsessed with that I’ve learned to manage myself pretty well in the store. In fact I’m hoping they’ll have some things to wow me. But same!! The only thing besides FFM I buy now is the moisturizing body washes if they’re on a huge sale. The lotions I have other favorites. Especially Hempz!
@@Karinapirate let's wish us both luck - I don't want to over buy but then BBW retires and gets rid of scents so quickly that it's hard not to stock up on something you really like a lot! I really enjoy Calypso Clementine and Luminous, both of which are retiring. I also really like Whipped Coconut Milkshake ( but didn't grab it last Summer ) , then Madagascar Vanilla, Paris Amor, Tahiti Island Dream, Freesia, Cherry Blossom and Firecracker Pop are all new to me I've never tried any of them. I'm in Canada and this is the first year we are actually getting Firecracker Pop 🧨 / But I'm going to try to be good and not go too wild 😜😅🙂

@@Karinapirate I'm kind of interested in smelling them because to me they are new ,haven't experienced the old ones before, and they had a lot of hype in the day, probably means I'll hate them as I often do with the ones that get really popular - Strawberry Pound Cake is a great example 😄🤢 / I know I like Whipped Coconut Milkshake quite a lot, liked it but passed last summer and then regretted it....
